Don't believe the lifetime warranty BS. They don't wanna know. Sent them a video of my Dotbox not turning on, clearly well looked after (which they acknowledged) and they told me I have to buy a new chipset and pay international shipping AND I have to solder it myself?!!! WTAF. Done with Dotmod.

Pessima esperienza. Dopo meno di un mese non sono riuscita piú a caricarla. I dentini all’interno del caricature si sono rotti. Chiaramente non mi è stata cambiata. 45 euro buttati al vento. Zero Assistenza e pessima qualità. Acquisto sbagliato

"A Disappointing Waste of Money - Do Not Buy!"

I purchased the dotmod dotAIO X in October, hoping for a high-quality vaping experience. Unfortunately, it's been nothing but a total letdown. This device leaks vape oil constantly – it's wasted so much of my oil that it’s frustrating and expensive. The oil ends up everywhere, and I initially thought the problem was due to oversaturated coils. I went through several of dotmod’s expensive coils before realizing it was the device itself causing the problem. For the high price, I expected much better.

If you're considering buying this, DON'T. It's a waste of money and time. There are far better and more reliable devices out there. You'll be glad you took this advice and saved yourself the hassle!

Dotmod.com c’est tout simplement une arnaque. Deux dotmod stick commandés (100$) et rien reçu !

Aucun accompagnement proposé, pourtant c’est bien eux qui ont mon argent. Le minimum pour une entreprise sérieuse c’est de tenter de résoudre le problème non ?!
Là au moins c’est clair, cela ne les regarde pas, il prenne l’argent et n’envoient pas le produit ! Résultat : perte sèche ! Pour moi évidemment, pas pour eux !
J’étais un fan des produits, mais heureusement il y a beaucoup de concurrence bien moins chère.
A fuir !

Purchased a brand new design and just released DotAIO X from this company on 3/14/24. Received it 3/19/2024. Item was shipped from China. Company is located in San Diego Ca. but manufactures in China. It was an expensive piece. Received it, opened it, and inspected it. I noticed the gunmetal color was NOT consistent throughout. Some piece were lighter than others. Reached out to the company with pics to show them. They were apologetic for the problem and wanted to discuss it with the team at Dotmod. Two days later for an update. Here is their response "Spoke with the team, and unfortunately there’s nothing we can do at the moment. If it’s too noticeable, you can return it and we’ll refund you." I was floored. Did not think I company this size would just abandon their customers as they did me. I have requested a full refund and will be selling everything I own that they have produced. I cannot and will not support a company who cares nothing about their customers. Now lets see how long the refund will take.
