Customer service was good
Customer service was good, time was taken to answer any queries I had and call taker was clearly Australian based which makes a very big difference. I’m sick of talking to international call centres.

As a small business owner
As a small business owner, I like the fact that VIZ is geared for small business needs. Its not part of the “compare the market” monopoly &, as such, is fast & considerably cheaper.

But id love it even more if it covered the labour hire jobs I take on as that include but are not limited to shearing, drenching, backlining, checking boundaries, tanks and trough cleaning and stock movement. animal hudbandry, yard work and so much more.
Farmers love to be able to bring you in just when they need you without having to deal with all the extra paperwork when I'm usually only there for such a short time frame.
There is such a need for me to have this cover that iv had to cover myself with 2 insurance companies which is just so annoying and costly for me... and their for my clients plus, it is only a small section of what I cover.
A stock work and farm hand option for cover would make a fantastic concept absolutely mind blowingly awesome.
In fact being able to let you guys know the work I'm lining up and then you make it work would be even more phenominal🤩
My trade is to get the job done son.
You guys already cover so many... one stop shop would be the best!
