I want to start by commending Bret for his integrity and communication.
I initially ordered 2 day shipping, my item did not ship for a couple days before I had contacted support. I brought up the fact that I ordered and paid extra for 2 day shipping and they weren’t delivering. They acknowledged that fact, refunded me my shipping fee. The package continued to not ship even after 5 days! At this point I cancelled my ordered.. nothing massive but still cancelled it. Bret was my communication the entire time. He refunded me no questions asked and THEN Shipped it out to be the following day for free. Without a doubt INCREDIBLE integrity. These bad reviews.. I really don’t understand them. But Throughout the entire process, any issue or delay was communicated clearly, and I felt reassured the whole time. That really stood out to me.

Now for the product itself.

I tried the THCa Diamond Sauce in Lemon Cake, and I gotta hand it to them, the quality is great. I’ve smoked several different concentrates and have been dabbing for years, and this is top notch. It competes very well at a competitive price, especially with discount codes. This is the quality I was hoping for and truly appreciative of. The flavor is dank, musky, with a bit of citrus.

The only drawback for me was that the HTEs and diamonds were a little more separated than ideal, but still well within a healthy range, so I felt like I was lacking the taste slightly. It was still dank, just not the most explosive flavor. But again, these are diamonds with HTEs, not live resin. This tastes GREAT. I am just a massive terps guy.

Overall, I will definitely be buying more of these. I really like the diamond sauces, and I’m looking forward to trying more strains to see what ends up being ideal for me.

4.0/5.0 - for taste. Good taste, I just prefer more terps.
Quality: 4.8/5.0. This is about as good as it gets for budget .hard to compete with.

This company has succeeded expectations. Great diamonds, with and without terms. Thcp is NO JOKE, been doing this since 94. Nothing stronger in the land. Great people, prices ,shopping, can't go wrong

Vivimu has great products at unbeatable prices. I've been placing orders with them since they opened and only had one issue they fixed it immediately. My most recent oder 9-29-26 arrived with no issues.

The communication was always great Bret and his team are the best they communicated with me that my order would be a little bit late due to the high volume of ordering. As long as a company communicates with me I always give them a thumbs up because that just doesn't happen much anymore and all these other reviews saying they don't communicate I'm not sure what's going on with your situation but I did not have that experience. Ordering with straightforward quick and easy and when I finally did get my tracking numbers Brett himself texted me and told me that my orders had been filled and are ready to go and what do I see on my USPS indeed they will be here very quickly. So whatever you heard or whatever you read I just want you guys to know that you can very much trust them they have very high quality products and their customer service is top-notch!

My tracking said delivered and by package was not in my frackle fricken mailbox so I did the only thing I could think of and messaged these guys and hope they don't think I'm lying. He told me when that happens it usually means the package is gonna show the next day, and it did.

Here's the cool part, they were prepared to send me a whole new package free if it didn't come which is just next level cool.

Once again I find myself posting a 5 star review. Great product at a Great price. Add fast shipping. Its a no brainer. Please all who read this review. Contact your house members and or senators to contact to keep the farm bill in place so fine vendors like these stay online.

I've been buying from Vivimu since 2022 and have never been disappointed. There have been times that I have had to adjust my expectations for products to the reality of the pricepoint that I purchased them at, but once that was equalized, I couldn't be happier.

Vivimu is like generic cereal. Do their products have all the same ingredients as the competitors? Yes. Do their products function the same as the competitors? Yes. Are you paying a markup for Vivmu's product? No. It's not quite as good as name-brand cereal, but its amazing for the price! I don't expect 'Cap'n Crunch' when I order from them anymore, but I'm happy with the 'Berry Colossal Crunch' I get every time.

Got this unsolicited message from Vivimu earlier this week:
"Hey Ben,

Bret Worley here. I own Vivimu. It's been about 142 days since your Watermelon Delta 9 + CBD Gummies - 20 counts, and I'm writing to our old customers myself, one at a time.

Straight up: we haven't always gotten it right. Orders shipped slower than they should have, links broke, and for a while our own site blocked some states at checkout by mistake. That's on me, not you.

So we overhauled the whole company: a rebuilt site and checkout, a lab COA on every product, and orders packed and shipped from Colorado with tracking sent to your email. We also brought prices down for good. Concentrates, gummies and most extracts are 80% off through Sunday, and flower has its own lower everyday price.

So I start asking questions, all responses are from "Bri Buyaki (Vivimu Customer Support)"

But every message ends with "Bret"

I was told they were going to look into some products and get back, days go back and I get a follow up message on a new thread asking if I am going to order stuff, like they had completely forgotten they had action to follow up on product questions. I asked if they were a bot, and this was the reply:

So without asking, I am told this is from "Bret" and then after weird conversations, it's admitted that it's AI while posing as "Bri" who is posing as "Bret" ?? This is such an odd experience, I didn't have a problem with Vivimu, planned to order from them again but proactively lying to me about not being a bot when you're clearly a bot does not sit right with me. Just say you're a bot, stop trying to deceive your customers. Because if you're willing to lie about using bots to make a sale, what else are you lying about to get customer money?

Vivimu has been very reliable when other sites haven’t. For those who have been buying these products over the past few years, you’ve probably seen lots of different vendors come and go. Vivimu is the site I’ve had the best experience with. Any potential issues have gotten resolved quickly and completely. Never had any issues with communication, pricing is excellent.

They're providing excellent customer support. Even when I had a typo lol. This hemp ban is the worst and they're doing what they can.

The current batch of Live Resin distillate is the best I've ever had, bar none. It smells sweet, has a light uplifting taste, and looks like the lemon in lemon meringue, but the effect is a no holds barred knock out punch that lasts as long as you'd want a good break to take. I knew Vivimu had the best concentrates on the market, but this batch is EXCEPTIONAL.

The customer service was extremely quick to respond to my issue even after hours and it was resolved immediately. This is the type of customer service we need everywhere I will definitely be ordering again.A++ service 5*

I have placed two orders in the past month with this company. I had an issue completing the first one. I contacted customer service by email and they replied within a business day. By then I had successfully processed my order. My first order arrived in a timely manner and well packed. I have received confirmation and tracking information for my second order paced yesterday. In my experience this company offers good customer service. I would recommend them and I will be purchasing from them again..

Scam company since the new owners. Spent $100 and never received a shipping label / tracking number and customer service has been no help . They won’t refund me and are not responding now. The age verification process is so wonky you’ll put in your ID and verify your age and then it goes right back to not being sent. I’m 28 and have a valid ID, this company is intentionally misleading with old testing labels and very inconsistent. Save your money and drive to the nearest dispensary before you think of ordering this “fake thca” .

I ordered 2 ozs of flower and only recived 1. And havent herd anything from thare end yet.

10/10 if I could. I got my package within 3 days. Ignore the bad reviews, they are just impatient they send shipping updates the next day or the day after that. I've been ordering here for 5 months. Support answers, you just have to be patient.

They may have been good before but they have literally dropped to the bottom. Shipped 1/2 an order....ghosted by three emails.....called and numbers were either not working or not taking voice mails. The company is certainly getting rid of whatever they have before the BAN goes into effect I would NEVER send money to then since what ever you get may be garbage/old stock. Made a charge back to get money returned and threw what I got from them in the garbage. F THEM and there thieving ways..... come back 01/2027 and tell me I was wrong. They are scum making fire sales of anything they can
