Never seen such over-priced fashion-jewelry! Extremely expensive, cheapest materials and after wearing it for a while, I got an allergy! And the necklace turned black! Don’t buy this!

J'ai acheté une montre en avril 2024.
Un petit problème est survenu au niveau de "l'orbe".
J'ai fait une demande de retour pour réparation par mail. J'ai reçu dès le lendemain une étiquette reour (gratuit).
J'ai été remboursée sous 3 jours et j'ai pu faire une nouvelle commande sans frais de port qui est arrivée sous 3 jours.
Merci beaucoup au SAV très sérieux.
Je recommande cette marque.

I along with a family member have been trying for almost a year to order a Water Bottle from Vivienne Westwood. It was originally ordered for Christmas last year - nothing arrived. When it was followed up was told that it was out of stock and a refund would be received (it was eventually). I then tried to order a few months later - it showed as being in stock - ordered - and then received an email to say it was out of stock. Contacted customer service who were woeful and very unhelpful. Tried again to order - all successful.......then received an email to say the water bottle was being returned to Vivienne Westwood with NO explanation. Contacted customer services again - took days for a reply which basically just apologised and thanked me for the feedback! Not helpful at all. I'm just going to keep emailing till I get a satisfactory reply. Absolutely dreadful.

Second time we ordered no problem at all earrings are beautiful my granddaughter will be happy thankyou

Have been given a ring which was not to my liking as it was loose, sent it back asking for a refund and being told I can’t get my money bsck even though it is been said that u have 30days to return the product, avoid this company! Support was horrid and just kept brushing it under the rug

I am disappoint with a recent purchase I made from your brand. I purchased a necklace for £130 and upon arrival, the chain was badly tangled. It was clear that inadequate packaging caused this issue, as the necklace was not properly secured. A simple solution, such as using a sponge or wrapping material, could have easily prevented this.

I am extremely frustrated because not only did this affect the overall presentation of the product, but I also risked damaging the chain while attempting to untangle it. Given the price, I expected much higher quality, both in terms of the product and its packaging. AVOID THIS BRAND!

De l'arnaque, j'ai acheté un portefeuille très coûteux et après 1 mois d'utilisation normale, il est super abimé, fuyez cette marque, le service clientèle n'est jamais revenu vers moi malgré toutes mes demandes, à fuir!!!!

Wouldn’t even give this one star , over £400 of jewellery that is not fit for purpose , all broken within six months , Vivienne won’t do anything or even offer to repair shocking . Decided it’s cheap tat they need to fix this !

I’ve only ever bought one garment from Vivienne Westwood, a button up cardigan. Firstly the sizes run very small, I got an XL and it’s more a UK size 12. After having it folded and in my drawer I’ve hand washed (as per washing instructions) and the colour runs out very easily as well as multiple holes appearing, one looks like a tear. I have had no problems with ‘moth holes’ in any of my other clothes. The overall quality and sizing of these clothes are ridiculous and not even close to the price they are sold for. For a few hundred pounds I’ve only worn this cardigan a handful of times and it’s pretty much ruined now. Never again will I be buying from this brand. Awful,
Don’t understand how it’s so popular and overpriced. You can find better quality in high street shops for 10% or the price!

Very disappointed with the quality!
I bought a necklace in November 2023, but it’s already starting to turn rose gold, it’s supposed to be gold. Emailed the customer service but they say “As previously explained, the warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not include wear and tear as wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.” I understand, but it’s not suppose to happen after less then 8!!!!! Months for such expensive jewellery. I’m very disappointed.

I've just returned my 3rd VW watch. First one kept steaming up, second one kept losing time, third one the winder fell off! Not impressed at all!

Ordered an orb necklace at the end of June. After just a couple of wears, in August, the orb within the necklace completely shattered. It looks as though the cracks formed from where the necklace was adhered at the sides and certainly couldn't have been from impact based on the location (mostly on the top of the orb.

When I contacted support, they let me know that their jewelry is "costume jewelry" and that the 2 year warranty doesn't cover any cracks in the orb. Which makes me wonder what that warrarty even covers. It's unfortunate saying this as a lifelong VW fan (not anymore), but do not buy their jewelry. It is cheap and not worth the money.

Order a pair of earrings one broke 3 weeks later. Took it to a jewelry place to see if they could fix it and they said no. They said it would come out more expensive than what I paid for the earring to get them fixed. She said it would come out like $50 and asked you didn’t paid more than that for this earrings right? It was embarrassing to even say how much I paid and how expensive they came out. Never AGAIN will I purchase anything from here. I paid $200 plus tax for something so worthless. I also sent an email through the vivienne Westwood website and never got a response.

Ich schreibe eigentlich nie Bewertungen, aber muss das loswerden. Hab eine kaputte Kette zurückgeschickt, einen Gutschein erhalten den man nicht mal online einlösen kann, weil der Button nicht auf der Website existiert. Der Kundenservice meinte dass sie sich dem bewusst sind und das ich nochmal alle Infos die ich bereits schon geschickt hatte nochmal zusenden soll. Das war im Januar und bis heute habe ich keine Antwort erhalten. Kette ist weg, Geld ist weg. Werde nie wieder von dort bestellen.

Eseguo il primo ordine 2 settimane fa sul sito , spediscono e ritirano loro stessi la spedizione dicendo delle stupidaggini , che la spedizione era per il Belgio ecc ecc
Fortunatamente tramite Paypal riesco ad avere rimborso. Cerco di riacquistare ma il sito da diversi dispositivi non permette di acquistare “the field line address 1 bla bla bla” . Chiamo l’assistenza più volte e nessuno sa aiutarmi. NON ACQUISTO PIÙ , fine della storia. Mai vista una cosa così scandalosa per un brand di così spessore

Ordered a Vivienne Westwood t-shirt from their online shop took two weeks to arrive and it arrived with hole in the neck . Customer service was awful product cheaply made and over priced avoid at all cost.

Pessima esperienza. Ordine fatto il 14 luglio, mi arriva conferma con numero di spedizione DHL. Passa una settimana, segnalo che non ho ricevuto nulla, ma nessuna risposta. Scrivo a DHL e mi rispondono che il codice è stato effettivamente generato, ma la spedizione non è mai partita. Stamattina ho fatto scrivere da un legale per chiedere il rimborso. Mi è appena arrivata mail che procedono al rimborso🤨. Attendo il riaccredito

Bought a pair of designer frames from Specsavers and had prescription lenses. When collected the case provided by Vivienne Westwood company was a soft shell case, not fit for purpose to protect the glasses.
Upon requesting VW review this product I was informed the soft shell case was on purpose to meet the recycled target the brand aims to achieve. By producing a product not fit for purpose I now need to buy a second case, pretty ironic isn’t it!
Appalling product and customer services.
