Vivienne Westwood Arvostelua 

Luxuspreis – aber null Verantwortung bei Defekt! Nie wieder.

Ich bin fassungslos. Für stolze 128 € habe ich im Vivienne Westwood Store in Paris ein Feuerzeug gekauft – ein kleines Luxusstück, das ich mir im Urlaub gegönnt habe. Doch was kam an? Ein defektes Produkt, das von Anfang an nicht funktionierte. Ich habe wirklich alles versucht: Gas nachgefüllt, Experten gefragt – bis mir schließlich ein Fachhändler sagte, es liege wohl ein mechanischer Fehler vor.

Also wandte ich mich an den Kundenservice. Die Antwort? „Wir sind nicht zuständig“, weil ich nicht online gekauft habe. Statt Hilfe bekam ich nur eine französische Telefonnummer – ohne Rücksicht darauf, dass ich nicht in Frankreich lebe und kein Französisch spreche.

Keine Rücknahme, keine Reparatur, keine Alternative. Für eine Marke, die sich im Luxussegment bewegt, ist das einfach nur enttäuschend und respektlos gegenüber zahlenden Kund*innen. Es geht hier nicht nur um Geld – sondern um Haltung, Service und Verantwortung. Und davon habe ich bei Vivienne Westwood leider nichts gespürt.

Nie wieder.

Kleid kam zwar an aber die Größe stimmt nicht ansatzweise überein Größe L entspricht eher einer xs.
Leider kein Retourschein, es reagiert nicht mal einer auf meine Mail. Schade , werde den Fall PayPal melden , hoffe , dass ich mein Geld zurückerstattet bekomme.
Lieber Hände weg von dem Shop.

Ich habe mehrere E-Mails geschrieben auf mehreren Sprachen, dass ich das Kleid Retournieren möchte. Bis heute keine Antwort.

Das bestellte Kleid war absolut nicht wie auf den Bildern angezeigt. Die für die Retouren angegebene Mailadresse existiert nicht und an die Info Mailadresse vom Shop kommt keine Reaktion. Absoluter Reinfall.

Ich hatte mich so auf das Kleid gefreut, welches ich dort bestellt habe.
Leider hatte das Kleid, das ankam nicht ansatzweise, was mit dem Bild auf der Webseite zu tun. So schlechte Qualität habe ich noch nie!!!! Erlebt. Und das sage ich als jemand der extrem viel Onlineshopt. Auch der Kundenservice hat mir leider auf Nachfrage für ein Retourenetikett bis heute nicht geantwortet.

Vivienne Westwood necklace, extremely poor quality. Bought my daughter a stone encrusted necklace from Flannels for Christmas 2025. She only wore it on special occasions and it was well looked after but 3 stones fell out. Paid £125 and when we tried to take it back, we were told that we were not able to get an exchange as it is was classed as costume jewellery. When taken further and customer services tried to raise the issue directly with Vivienne Westwood they said there was nothing they would do as would be a customer fault! This was supposed to be a special gift, now ruined and not worth any of the money spent on it! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Mi sento anche io di condividere la mia esperienza positiva sul sito visto che le recensioni mi avevano un po' spaventato. Stavo cercando un completo che non era disponibile nel negozio di Milano. Gli addetti del negozio di Milano sono stati gentili e disponibili per cercare di fare un trasferimento da un'altra boutique ma non c'era la taglia. Alla fine l'ho ordinato online e mi è arrivato in due giorni in un bel pacco, senza nessun intoppo.

Avoid! My Vivienne Westwood earrings broke after only three weeks. A jeweler said the repair would cost more than the earrings were worth – which was embarrassing considering I paid over $200 plus tax! Even worse, Vivienne Westwood customer service never responded to my email. I'm extremely disappointed in the poor quality and lack of support. I'll never buy anything from them again.

Per me l'esperienza è stata ottima. Ho deciso di comprare degli orecchini nonostante le pessime recensioni, convinto dal fatto che ero riuscito a trovare questo specifico modello da nessun'altra parte e dal poter pagare tramite Paypal. L'acquisto, effettuato domenica 23 Febbraio, è stato spedito da Torino il giorno seguente ed è stato consegnato il 25 Febbraio senza alcun intoppo. Magari sono stato fortunato, ma viste le pessime recensioni preferisco condividere anche la mia esperienza perfetta!

Son lo peor, la calidad de sus productos es horrible, el servicio de atención al cliente es malísimo. Después de comprar un bolso casi 500€ y que tuviera un desperfecto pasaron de solucionarlo diciendo que era por el desgaste al usarlo, literalmente lo había usado 2 veces y en total menos de un par de horas. Me parece increíble, que en marcas muchísimo mas baratas me han cambiado un bolso por mucho menos hasta 3 veces y en una marca de estos precios se laven las manos con un “sentimos decepcionarte”. Horrible.

Brought my daughter the Lorelie stud earrings for Christmas. They kept falling out, they even fell out when she was asleep one night. The back of the earring doesn’t fit tight enough on the actually stud itself.
Sent a email but they requested a video of the earring actually falling out of her ear. How do I do that? when I’m unsure as to when the earring will fall out again.
Because I couldn’t capture it on video they refused to do anything about it.

Poor quality, expensive costume jewellery, paid 100 pounds for a necklace which isn't even silver, turned my daughters neck green. Don't recommend

VRAIMENT nul, plus de 250€ un collier défectueux dès la première utilisation avec 3 strass qui sautent direct et un sav qui ne propose pas de solution adaptée. Soit. Je décide de le garder en pensant les recoller moi-même. Malheureusement, quelques mois plus tard, à ma plus grande surprise, le revêtement des perles se barre à son tour !! C’est inadmissible de vendre une camelote pareille sous ce nom que je pensais être de prestige.

I bought the Warwick Earrings for my daughter for C'mas. She was over-the-moon, which was soon blighted by one of the clasps being faulty and not securing properly.

I can only assume that VW outsource their customer service. Whilst I did get a response, and sent a detailed video showing the issue, our only choice was to return with either a possible refund or if they did not agree with the fault, a return of the earrings to us. No replacement can be offered apparently.

So anyway, we've gone to the expense of having the earrings repaired ourselves independently - no thanks to VW.

This was a first time purchase, and will be the last. Incredibly disappointing, but I do wish I'd read the other reviews first. Maybe VW should take the time to read them too!

When a necklace purchased from Selfridges developed a fault after just seven months, Vivienne Westwood refused to assist, stating that it was the retailer’s responsibility. This evasive attitude, paired with no willingness to stand behind the quality of their own products, is unacceptable for a premium brand. I expected Vivienne Westwood to demonstrate integrity and accountability, but instead, I was left feeling disregarded. I won’t be purchasing Vivienne Westwood again and will advise others to do the same.

Würde am liebsten garkeinen Stern geben. Schreibe nie eine Bewertung, einfach billiger Modeschmuck, dass nach 3-mal tragen kaputt geht. Für 255€ hätte ich mehr erwartet, aber auch meine eigene Schuld, dass ich die Bewertungen nicht gelesen habe. Nie wieder kaufen, einfach nur schmutz

Des bijoux fantaisies avec une qualité 0! Collier acheté en magasin, service après-vente nul. Le collier s’est oxydé avec la transpiration du cou, réponse du magasin: « à porter par dessus les vêtements ». Peut-être que leurs bijoux se portent avec l’emballage plastique pour éviter qu’ils bougent. Lamentable vu le prix

Z przykrością muszę stwierdzić że z roku na rok jakość spada coraz bardziej. Wykonanie, sposób wykończenia ,jakość szwów oraz jakość użytych tkanin pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Obecnie jakość sprzedawanych ubrań jest porównywalna do tych z tureckich bazarow a często nawet gorsza. Gdybym nie kupił w oficjalnym sklepie to pomyślał bym że ktoś mi sprzedał podróbkę.

Vivienne Westwood Orb drop earrings. £100.00 What a pile of junk! Not as per the picture on the website. Totally misrepresented. The picture shows delicate earrings with small bright crystals. In reality the earrings are clunky and heavy with ugly large cheap glass. Claire’s would provide better quality. £100! What a rip off! Customer services just ignore the emails. For such a reputable company it’s a disgrace. The earrings should be sold in a sealed bag to allow for returns after inspection. They put a caveat on the website saying no returns for hygiene because they would have 100% returned if they allowed returns once people saw the crap they were buying. There’s so many fakes out there, I bet they’re just as good, looking at the crap the so called “designer “ is churning out to the unsuspecting public. Seriously, keep your hard earned cash or buy the fakes!!! At least then you won’t be disappointed that you bought crap!!
