Amazing amazing bike
Amazing amazing bike. It took a hot minute to put together, but the online videos combined with the manual got me through it. I was a once a week trail rider here in Costa Rica and now I’ve been riding between 15 and 30 km pretty much every day since I had the bike all set up. Beautiful Italian design and everything works just as it should.

Perfect Bike
For it being my first e-bike I'm loving it so far. Although the assembly instructions aren't very clear I was able to put it together. The tools that came with it weren't great quality so I had to use my own.
There's a video on how to assemble the bike but its on an older model so I had to do an extended search. The battery has long life and it folds fine. The rear brakes are squeaky and still looking to fix it. I made modifications as far as a new seat, pedals, rear view mirrors and signals and I'm having a lot of fun with it. It goes 22mph as advertised.

The PONY01 came so quickly, was super easy to setup, and has performed wonderfully for him. He can’t stop grinning every time he goes around the block

Terrible quality with customer service…
Terrible quality with customer service that matches. Bike broke down within the warranty, they seem to have an issue finding parts for there poorly made bikes, I've been "on the list" for months now with no parts in sight. There low-ball offer of 25% refund is laughable. Save your self the time and hassle, this company stinks!

Received fast
Received fast. Missing the front fender and brace. 2 scratched in the paint. Front brakes need adjusted. Very hard to fold and especially to unfold because the latch sticks and is hard to get in position. I bought 2 weeks ago and still have not received the missing parts. Vivi makes it difficult because they want pictures and seem to doubt what I tell them. I bought a Cybervelo e bike at the same time. It is very nice, no issues, easy to fold and unfold and much better quality, although it did cost $200 more than the Vivi.

Our bicycles are factory-set with tight brakes and folding mechanism to ensure a safe first ride. Loose brakes and folding quick releases can easily cause frame bending, collisions, and falls when riding at high speeds. Regarding our customer service's request for photos, this isn't due to any suspicion on our part. Rather, our customer service team, without sufficient order information, cannot determine the model of your bicycle or the cause of the damaged, missing, or faulty components. Therefore, we require information and screenshots so that our customer service staff can assess your order and the problem and provide you with the best possible solution. If necessary, we can provide feedback to our technical engineers through the fault information to provide necessary technical support. Thank you again for your feedback and support. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead…
Only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because not even 20 mins into riding the e-bike after setting it up the rear tire went flat and I had to replace it. Then after riding it again this time within a 48 hour time frame the front tire went flat and I had to pay more out of pocket to replace it. Then a week into the ride the left crank arm and pedal snapped off (stripped) and it was useless and had to go back into the shop but this time instead of waiting a few hours it took 3 days of waiting to get it fixed. Again all of it spent out of my pocket. (Wasn’t cheap either) I spent close to what I paid for the bike in repairs ($500) but since the fix (again) the bike has been great. It’s fast and gets me to work on time every time. Also within a single crash the seat broke and was at an angle for a bit(got it fixed). Also you gotta be careful when going over any kind of bumps as the battery can and will fall out of the designated socket. The lock isn’t great but it holds the battery in place. Everything on the bike can survive multiple (accidental) falls. I would know… Overall I’m happy with my purchase but will not be buying another one. This is a GREAT STARTER E-bike especially for its price.

18 months and I still love my ebike
I’ve owned my e-bike now for about 18 months and have used it quite a bit. The only problem I’ve had besides normal maintenance issues (brake pads and flat tires) is that occasionally the bike will lose power randomly, it’ll shut off while riding. I noticed it would happen after going over bumps. I solve the issue each time it happens by toggling the battery switch off and on a few times, then there are no issues for a while. It does keep happening which is a slight pain but since I’ve discovered a “solution” it’s manageable.

Garbage bikes and customer service
These bikes are garbage made it 40 miles then one of the cranks came loose I tightened and it keeps coming loose and will not stay tightened the bearings in the bottom crank are bad. Customer service is terrible they only respond to emails once a day there is no phone to speak to someone in person and all they seem to care about is you proving that you purchased the bike. The company I purchased this through is luckily allowing me to return it and refunding me will never purchase another VIVI product again!

I ordered the bike and I canceled it
I ordered a carbon fiber folding bike and I canceled it. The same day, they sent it anyway. It was not carbon fiber. It came, it was not an adult bike. As advertised. It was for a small child and they refuse to give me an address to send it back or refund me.

Nice Bikes.
The Bikes are very well constructed and nice to ride except for the seat is a bit uncomfortable for longer rides. They work great except for one of the bikes the rear brakes rub a little at 14mph, definitely a weird problem as it's just between 14-15 MPH. The installation instructions are pure garbage and are close to worthless which is why I took a star off. Watch a video either on youtube or Amazon to see how to do it.

This company SUCKS
This company SUCKS! I bought one of there bikes on Facebook marketplace. The person I bought it from said the bike was too big for him. I ordered a rack for the bike and horn and light. I had to pay 45 dollars to receive 2 of the items from china. The other came from New Jersey. They never explained this when purchasing. If you are looking to buy a Bike STAY AWAY from this company! You have been warned. Customer service is terrible and everything is done over email which is a problem. Had I done more research I would’ve never purchased this product. I normally don’t get involved in things like this but people should not spend their hard earned money on something that is not worth it. Spend a little extra and get something that if you have an issue with you can actually talk to a customer service person.
