Incredible Company
I've had an absolutely outstanding experience working for Vivid for the last 3 years!
- There's an extremely high earning potential, taking home over 40k in my first year alone.
- The L&D team, and support from senior staff is incredible, I had a full 20 week induction period, my 1-1s with my L&D consultant, as well as a lot of training sessions from other senior consultants in the business (the full 3 years, not just when I was new to the business).
- The career path is next to none, you won't see anything like it in other industries.
- The company incentives (lunches, holidays, team socials etc) / culture is one of the best parts of the job. Working with a lot of like-minded, motivated individuals definitely gave me a big push in the job, which I know it does for a lot of consultants!

How recruiter can offer you a job when…
How can recruiters offer you a job when they don't even have a contract with the client? When I accepted a recruiter's offer, I was happy, but then two weeks later, he informed me that he didn't get the contract with the client.Meanwhile, I turned down 2 other good offers, so I ended up without a job. So, I can't recommend Vivid for anyone.

Very positive experiences with Vivid Resourcing
The undersigned is a freelancer with 41 years working experience and 26 years' experience with head-hunters like Vivid Resourcing. I was/am working with Vivid for 2 large projects (8 month and 6 month, both full time), and with other head-hunters on ca. 8 large projects (smaller projects I gain through my own networc). My experience is very positive with Vivid Resourcing: they are quick and correct in communication and payments, and if a problem arises it is quickly solved. So I am satisfied with them, like with other Dutch and Belgium headhunters. I have read some other not too positive references, that is why I react and tell my positive experiences!

Focus on high hourly rate and not on long term relationship.
Didn't work towards a mutual agreement between Vivid, Client (SMT) and Contracter with a long term relationship in mind. No constructive collaboration regarding finalizing contract. High mark-up % upon hourly rate of contracter.
Also very unprofessional. They keep sending job opportunities even if you give feedback that those opportunities don't fit to your profile.
Warning for freelancers:
- They charge an excessive hourly rate (30 Euro + on your freelancer hourly rate);
- Their contract and terms are all based on putting every risk on the freelancer and make sure you can't work for a company for years after the job has ended.
