No matter the issues that need resolving—whether administrative, payment-related, or otherwise—they are handled quickly and professionally. It’s been nearly five years now... I wish I had discovered them earlier in my career! Especially Connor, who is truly dedicated to his work.

The agent gives a good company during the beginning of the project. The backoffice could improve their service, if documents are misssing they could/should remind the client.

This company was negotiating an opportunity with a respected company for a senior position as self-employed. Just before a contract was going to be signed by all parties, communication decreased to ‘near 0’. This company claimed that there was a problem with the procurement department on customer side, where in fact, this company was placed on the black list due to malpractices.
My recommendation is to be careful with this company, and really document all agreements (and preferably have them confirmed by mail), have 100% clear transparency / agreements on rate, margin and client rate.

Don't trust them at all. Many young, unprofessional people with basic knowledge try to reach out for the same projects, much like mobile line salespeople. Please avoid sending your personal information along with your CV to them.

1 Thing: made it happen!

The Candidate really was not up for nor interested in the job or doin a good job or adding value. We felt they were 'running down the clock.'

Recruitment companies are annoying but this lot are the pits. You ask them to remove your details from the system but Lauren Porteous keeps sending positions that aren’t relevant. You email their compliance and gdpr team but still, more terrible positions that you didn’t ask for.

Pray this lot don’t get hold of your cv.

Very mixed opinion for vivid and it’s really due to certain members of staff. Concerns include 1- being transparent over rates offered. 2- other staff offering me other roles within a week of starting and clearly undermining colleagues and setting a poor business model IMO. Some staff present with better professionalism and honesty than others. Also maturity levels can also be incredibly varying. On the plus side, very approachable and many of the team get back to you quickly. Just one or two leave a slightly underhand and dishonest taste. Just my opinion though.

My experience has been honestly quite poor.

Twice, I was offered contracts with very unfavorable payment terms, essentially along the lines of “we pay you when the client pays us.” On both occasions, the client had already selected me for the assignment, and I was very willing to accept the work.

Unfortunately, I had to refuse to sign the contract because I could not accept those payment conditions. In both cases, the clients were very disappointed when I had to withdraw after they had chosen me.

So the problem was not with the assignments or the clients — quite the opposite. I lost two opportunities with clients who specifically wanted to work with me because of the contractual terms proposed by Vivid.

For this reason, my experience with Vivid so far has been very disappointing.

Snelle en vlotte aanpak, professioneel overkomend en zeer gedecideerd doch niet opdringerig. Dit heeft dan ook zeer vlug geleid naar een freelance in de regio. Wekelijkse opvolging en ook bespreking van nieuwe opdrachten.

Het enige wat vrij vervelend overkwam waren de condities aangaande verzekeringen die pas bij het contract ter bespreking kwam. Deze mochten vroeger gekend zijn, of dat ze openstaan voor andere opties.

I was contacted by phone by a Vivid recruiter, offered a position, I accepted it, and within a few days I had started on this project. Friendly conversation, good information and job description, acceptable contract, and prompt payment.

Competenza assistenza per ogni problematica e professionalità

The manager who was my colleague is doing great things in the R& D department. But he also want to see direct result of the work preparation considering the electrical asset's on-site. With a little extra time I managed to do this too. Because it is a complex environment, have I lost time at the beginning ? At the same time there was a building expansion which could lead to a loss of focus by the noise.
