The contractors tried to put cladding in the loft but due to areas they could not get to, was unable to complete the full work. Apart from that they were very pleasant and seem to know what they are doing

6 months in and plastering work has still not been completed. The hallway ceiling was supposed to be boarded out and replastered today but couldn't be done as the electrics hadn't been disconnected in the hallway.

The job was completed to my satisfaction and in a short time. As always the staff are always excellent.

When I reported my tap leaking, i had to call back again after three weeks to ask what was going on. Was told that the repair was not urgent even when I mentioned that my tap was feeling a mop bucket a day. It was after pushing that I had to be booked for repair.

10000 out of 10 service I can’t thank the electrician enough. Fixed my shower and my pump and my plug sockets AND made my light fitting safe for me. So polite and kind thank you so much

Difficult to have anything done but they are good to ask for more money

Out of Hours Emergency contact a complete waste of time even when experiencing a major roof leak with water getting into the electrics. Lies & Broken Promises!

Jurgen came to fix my door lock. He was very polite and helpful, did a great job and was very quick. Vivid have always been good, for me, with repairs and anything else needed.

Had a new barel fitted in my frontdoor. Work was carried out well. Clean and tidy too.

Great repair, staff are alway courteous, extremely kind and knowledgeable.

It took me two hours on the phone to arrange an engineer to come and cut water supply to my flat. The mains water stopcock is leaking inside my flat, this is the safety measure that I, as a leaseholder, have to cut the water supply in case of emergency or for repairs. To prevent major damage to my property and the neighbours below my flat, I have arranged a plumber to come and have look. The plumber has told me that the water supply to my flat must be cut off, before he can fix it. The plumber has explained that this stopcock is on the main pipe that gets the water to the property hence it requires building management to cut the water from outside the flat. I repeated this to Vivid multiple times, but was told again and again that this was my responsibility since the problem is inside my property. I was also told that the plumber who advised me maybe not qualified, well it was implied. I then was told to contact the Southern Water company to cut the whole building out of the water to do the repairs in one flat. Eventually, after two hours I will never get back, Vivid agreed to come deal with this on site. Stellar job! I hope you will come as agreed, but after today and the past experience with Vivid, it's anything can happen. In my opinion based on years as a tenant under the Vivid management this company cannot care less for it's tenants

My patio door hasn't worked properly since ive moved in and already had one person out in the past who didnt fix it and the guys that came in today to fix it have gone above and beyond to get it sorted was absolutely polite and double checked and triple checked that its all working. They worked so hard at getting it sorted and even explained the problem and what was originally wrong with it. Thankyou

Water is leaking from the ceiling in my bedroom. I’ve been writing messages, making calls, and stressing out for five days now. A repairman came on Monday and determined that the problem wasn't caused by the neighbors; the pipes leading into my water heater were leaking. Another repairman came yesterday—Tuesday—cut a hole in the ceiling, laid a protective sheet on the floor, and left, saying the job would take several days. No one showed up today; I waited at home all day and missed work. It’s awful! The water keeps leaking, and mold is bound to follow. Who should I contact to get this resolved?
