Vivid is using First Port as managing agents, despite years of complaints about them. This shows lack of respect and poor governance practices

Everytime I have called vivid about a repair or a concern, the staff are always lovely. They are so respectful and polite.
Not only that, but they are also so understanding.
They have empathy towards you and your struggle.
And even when I have someone come do a repair, they are very respectful, polite and lovely. Its very nice to have someone listen to you, inform you, keep you updated and to help when you need it.
They get the job done not only fast but very well.
I'm not exactly a people person, and get very anxious and nervous speaking to people I do not know, but they make me feel at ease and comfortable to talk to.

Morning. I've just been in contact on the phone, with a lady from vivid. She was so helpful and so kind, and I feel a big weight off my shoulders. Many thanks to that lady, and hopefully my rat issue will eventually be resolved.

Vivid housing sent a plumber out this morning to replace the broken bathroom tap. He was so friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He got the job done swiftly and explained how everything works.

I just wanted to leave some feedback for Chris, who came out from Vivid this morning to do a gas check. He did the job brilliantly and everything was sorted with no problem at all, but it was actually the way he spoke to me and engaged with me that really stood out.

Sometimes when people visit customers in their homes, they probably hear all sorts of difficult stories and see people when they're not necessarily having the best time. Chris was genuinely engaging, encouraging and incredibly positive. He responded to me as a person, not just as another job to get through, and somehow managed to lift my spirits and make me feel so much better about life.

His kindness, conversation and encouragement really lifted my heart this morning, and I came away feeling more motivated and positive than I had before he arrived.

So, thank you to Vivid for having someone like Chris representing you. He didn't just fix my gas — he brightened my morning and genuinely made a difference to me.

The time window was1pm-4pm. I told them I’d be held up by work and wouldn’t be there till 1.30 When I arrived the engineer was waiting for me already. He had a friendly attitude and had it done in a few minutes

From start to finish vivid helped me along reserving my house, viewing show house,helping with any queries I had etc.it all ran so smoothly.The sales team were on the ball advising me when they’d received any questions and then I got the answers back almost immediately.i felt I had a one to one service with Charis who was so knowledgeable and helped guiding me through each step.
Super efficient and even an email congratulating me on my purchase and best wishes for my future in their Vivid housing.

40 months to repair a wet room.. bone cancer,spinal chored damage, split personality disorder. Vivid don't care. They pay for jobs to be done,,but dont follow up..I waited a month for appointment to replace couple tiles..booked to be done.waited all day for 2 men scratch there head day right you get another appointment which u havnt vivid paid for job to be done..this is goin on 40 months.flatflooded every time you shower big puddles. 2 floor in 3 years still not done if any thing its worse. So yeah!!!!vivid your vile upu broke tenancy agreement. Still not done. And still dangerous to me and injury waiting again

Absolutely rubbish company never want to do repairs

VIVID presents itself as a supportive organisation, helping people into safe homes, brighter futures and back into work. However, the internal culture experienced by staff tells a very different story. There is a long‑standing pattern of employees feeling unsafe to speak up, especially within the People Team. Staff regularly feel their job security is used as a pressure point, and that raising concerns can lead to negative consequences rather than fair resolution.

Employees who challenge poor behaviour or raise legitimate issues often find the situation redirected into a conduct matter instead of being investigated independently. This creates an environment where people feel discouraged from speaking up, even when something is genuinely wrong. Higher management do not appear to take concerns seriously, and conflicts of interest are often overlooked or dismissed.

Subject Access Requests have revealed very unprofessional and derogatory comments from senior leaders, which raises serious questions about how staff are spoken about behind the scenes and how decisions are made. The culture feels closed, defensive and unsupportive, with little confidence that employees will be treated fairly if they raise concerns.

Jason Warwick and Kelly came to look at a couple of issues I’ve had which had not been rectified.
Lovely people, they’ll get things moving forward. Very understanding. Both a credit to the organisation.

I have recently had a new roof and my bathroom upgraded and Vivid have been amazing. Praised well.

An appointment was made within a week the workman arrived on time and sorted the problem

The contractors tried to put cladding in the loft but due to areas they could not get to, was unable to complete the full work. Apart from that they were very pleasant and seem to know what they are doing

6 months in and plastering work has still not been completed. The hallway ceiling was supposed to be boarded out and replastered today but couldn't be done as the electrics hadn't been disconnected in the hallway.

The job was completed to my satisfaction and in a short time. As always the staff are always excellent.
