Una vergüenza,además de tardar 9 días me mandaron de tres productos dos en mal estado.Les escribí y no han contestado.Pondre una denuncia en mi país si es posible.

i wish i saw the reviews here before ordering .they just scammed me.the amount is not that big but it’s my hard earned money .i have every proof of the scam .

Schon etwa ein Dutzend Bestellungen bei Vitamin360. Bisher keinerlei Beanstandungen. Gut aufgebaute Homepage, unkomplizierte Abwicklung, zuverlässige Lieferung nach Deutschland und sehr faire Preise. Das Einzige, was ich mir noch wünschen würde, wäre die Zahlungsabwicklung über PayPal.

Having purchased some goods in April and subsequently not accepted them from UPS because the import fee which I was not aware of - I contacted Vitamin 360 to explain and request a refund. It is now nearly 4 months later and no refund received. The company are still claiming that UPS have not returned the goods yet. Appalling customer service and an intent not to refund. I cannot believe it takes UPS 4 months to return a consignment.

I ordered Turmeric and Black Pepper tablets from Vitamin360 and never received them. When I used their “track your pack” feature, it claimed I had submitted an incorrect address — which I hadn’t. I immediately sent them an email with my full, correct address. They responded asking for the address again, even though I had just provided it clearly.

I replied and pointed out that I had already given them the correct details, and also mentioned that after checking their reviews on Trust pilot, it became clear I wasn’t the only one. Many others have reported the same issue — no delivery, no resolution, and no refund.

At this point, it’s hard not to conclude that this company is running a scam. I strongly advise: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Ich habe die Ware bestellt und bezahlt,dann kommt die Nachricht das Kreditzahlung ist gebrochen und das ich soll wieder zahlen. Ich habe die Nachricht geschickt das es ist bezahlt schon und Buchung von meine Bank...ich glaube das ich kriege keine Ware...

Ils ne répondent plus quand je demande à être remboursée et pire, pour le peu de réponses obtenues, on me demande de payer 26euros si je veux qu'ils me renvoient le produit (produit qui coûte 22euros...) : n'achetez surtout pas là-bas.

ho ordinato un prodotto il 23/06, il tracciamento è fermo dal 27/06, ho chiesto info al centro assistenza per mezzo mail, ma non mi hanno saputo dare info utili o più di quelle che già sapevo, ho chiesto il rimborso poiché non trovo normale l'attesa di un pacco per più di 2 settimane ad oggi che 08/07, mi viene risposto "finché il pacco non viene restituito al nostro magazzino, non possiamo rimborsare l'importo.

I've ordered Urolithin A from them, and received a fake product. The capsules contained a white powder like talcum, without any taste. Urolithin A is an cream to brown colored powder with an typical taste. Definitely a scam. Do not order there.

Bei meiner Bestellung (Lieferung nach München) lief alles einwandfrei und ich habe meine Nahrungsergänzungsmittel innerhalb von 3 Tage ab der Bestellung erhalten.

Company got back to me via email, said sorry and resent the correct product while also collecting the incorrect product. I'll leave it a 3 as the initial mistake was plain silly, however, credit is due for sorting out the issue, at their expense.

Ho effettuato un ordine da giorni e sto ancora aspettando il pacco, che non è mai arrivato. Ho provato a contattare il venditore via email e telefono ma nessuna risposta. Ho contattato anche GLS, il corriere indicato, ma non risultano spedizioni a mio nome. Nessuna comunicazione, nessun supporto, solo silenzio totale. Assolutamente inaffidabili, sconsiglio vivamente di acquistare da loro.

Keine Lieferung, keine Rückerstattung – unseriöse Kommunikation und rechtlich fragwürdiges Verhalten
Ich habe bei Vitamin360 einen Artikel bestellt und bezahlt. Die Ware wurde jedoch nie zugestellt und wurde nach Ablauf der Lagerfrist an das Unternehmen zurückgesandt. Trotz mehrfacher Aufforderung wurde mir weder der Kaufpreis noch die Versandkosten erstattet.
Statt einer sachgerechten Klärung erhielt ich lediglich standardisierte Antworten, die keinerlei Bezug auf meine konkreten Anliegen nahmen. Teilweise antwortete das Unternehmen überhaupt nicht in vollständiger Form:
Auf eine meiner schriftlichen Anfragen erhielt ich lediglich die knappe Nachricht „Es tut uns leid“ – ohne Anrede, ohne weiteren Text oder Klärungsversuch.
Dies verstärkt den Eindruck, dass E-Mails weder sorgfältig gelesen noch individuell bearbeitet werden.
Um etwaige Sprachbarrieren auszuschließen, habe ich zusätzlich zu meiner deutschen Nachricht eine Version in die Landessprache (Ungarisch) geschickt. Dennoch wurde ich weiterhin lediglich mit unpersönlichen Formulierungen wie „Sehr geehrter Kunde“ angesprochen, was die Kommunikation insgesamt als äußerst fragwürdig erscheinen lässt.
Inhaltlich versucht Vitamin360, sich seiner Verantwortung zu entziehen, indem behauptet wird, man „arbeite nicht nach deutschem Recht“. Diese Behauptung ist rechtlich unzutreffend:
• Gemäß Art. 6 Abs. 1 der Rom-I-Verordnung unterliegt der Vertrag deutschem Verbraucherrecht, da Vitamin360 seine Waren ausdrücklich an deutsche Verbraucher anbietet.
• Nach § 475 Abs. 2 BGB trägt bei einem Verbrauchsgüterkauf der Verkäufer das Versandrisiko bis zur tatsächlichen Übergabe der Ware an den Käufer.
• Da eine Übergabe nicht erfolgt ist, ist der Verkäufer gesetzlich verpflichtet, den vollständigen Betrag inklusive Versandkosten zu erstatten.
Die Weigerung, diese klaren gesetzlichen Vorgaben einzuhalten, wirft erhebliche Zweifel an der Seriosität von Vitamin360 auf.

• Keine Lieferung
• Keine Rückerstattung
• Falsche rechtliche Behauptungen
• Fragwürdiger Kundenservice (Standardtexte, keine individuelle Bearbeitung, keinerlei ernsthafte Kommunikation)

Ich kann auf Basis meiner Erfahrungen nur dringend davon abraten, bei Vitamin360 zu bestellen.

No delivery, no refund – untrustworthy communication and legally questionable practices
I ordered and paid for an item from Vitamin360. However, the product was never delivered and was returned to the company after the storage period expired. Despite multiple requests, I have received neither a refund for the item nor for the shipping costs.
Instead of a proper resolution, I only received standardized replies that did not address my specific concerns at all. In some cases, the company failed to respond in a complete and professional manner:
In response to one of my written inquiries, I received a mere “We are sorry” – without any salutation, explanation, or further attempt at clarification.
This reinforces the impression that customer emails are neither carefully read nor individually handled.
To eliminate any potential language barriers, I even provided a translated version of my message in the company’s local language (Hungarian) in addition to the original German message. Nevertheless, I continued to receive only impersonal replies such as “Dear Customer,” which makes the entire communication seem highly questionable.
Substantively, Vitamin360 attempts to evade its responsibility by claiming that they “do not operate under German law.” This statement is legally incorrect:
• According to Article 6(1) of the Rome I Regulation, the contract is subject to German consumer protection law since Vitamin360 explicitly offers goods to German consumers.
• Under Section 475(2) of the German Civil Code (BGB), in a consumer goods purchase, the seller bears the risk of delivery until the goods are actually handed over to the buyer.
• As no handover occurred in this case, the seller is legally obliged to refund the full amount including shipping costs.
The company’s refusal to comply with these clear legal obligations raises serious doubts about the trustworthiness of Vitamin360.
In summary:
• No delivery
• No refund
• False legal claims
• Questionable customer service (standardized messages, no individual case handling, no serious communication)
• Disrespectful and unserious replies (“We are sorry” without salutation or explanation)
Based on my experience, I strongly advise against ordering from Vitamin360.

Non riesco a modificare la recensione fatta 2 giorni fa! Oggi senza preavviso ho ricevuto tutta la merce ordinata. Per fortuna è stato solo un ritardo. Le recensioni che parlavano di truffa mi avevano allarmata ma devo dire che nel mio caso è finito tutto bene, anche se nel frattempo ho comprato altre vitamine in farmacia perché credevo di non riceverle... Grazie.
