Ho ordinato un integratore, il pagamento è andato a buon fine; ho ricevuto la mail di conferma; dopodiché hanno cominciato a tempestarmi di mail, scrivendo che avrebbero cancellato l’ordine perché non avevano ricevuto i soldi, li ho contattati 2 volte tramite mail per dimostrare l’avvenuto pagamento ma non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta,LADRI!!!

Avevo detto che era un sito truffa, mi sbagliavo e me ne scuso! Arrivato il mio ordine con più di 15 giorni di ritardo ma arrivato!

Even though they made the mistake they wanted me to send the incorrect goods back to them

Now that the goods have been sent back they have stopped communicating with me and I do not have the product I ordered.

But I do have hours of wasted time trying to deal with their non existent customer service

My advice - AVOID and use a different service

Got it in 5 days to the Netherlands via GLS. All contents were sealed. Not a scam.

I noticed that other customers have reported similar issues, which makes the situation even more concerning.

Die Rücksendung hat mich rund 18 Euro gekostet, da ich das Paket vom sehr ungünstig gelegenen Paketshop nicht abholen konnte.
Außerdem sind vom Bestelldatum bis zur Rückerstattung insgesamt über sieben Wochen vergangen.
Aufgrund dieser Erfahrungen werde ich hier nie wieder bestellen.

Paket wurde vom Kurierdienst an einen Shop geschickt, der für mich nicht erreichbar war.
Mails an vitamin360 wurden nicht beantwortet, schließlich bekam ich von GLS die Antwort: „Leider hat der Versender es versäumt, uns Ihre Straße mitzuteilen.“ Mein Kundenkonto bei Vitamin360 wies und weist jedoch die richtige Adresse aus.
Unvollständige Adressierung durch den Absender und Annahme einer solchen Sendung durch den Kurierdienst kann ich nicht beeinflussen und habe dies nicht zu vertreten.
Schließlich bat ich um Stornierung des Auftrages. Das musste ich auch mehrfach machen, bekam dann eine Antwort von vitamin360, dass die Portokosten der Rücksendung zu meinen Lasten gehen.
Völlig überrascht von den hohen Gebühren, die von vitamin360 von der Rücküberweisung abgezogen wurden, schickte ich nochmals eine Mail und bat um Aufklärung, wie sich diese Kosten zusammen setzen.

Ich kann nur vor dieser Firma warnen, da greift kein deutsches und auch kein EU-Recht, die machen einfach was sie wollen.
Interessant auch was sonst noch so in den AGB steht, z.B. bei beschädigter Ware!
Nicht nur das Risiko sondern auch fehlerhafte Arbeit der Firma selbst wird auf den Kunden abgewälzt.

Reviews made a great store look scary.
Made 2 orders, one to test if the store was legit by just getting a protein bar, and second 500g of TMG to check expiration dates and product quality. Both came in just a couple of days, had expected packaging and tastes. Also amazing prices.

I ordered several products from them but was not satisfied with one so I sent them an email for a return label. After some messaging it turns out they couldn't provide me with one but they said they will send a Courier.
The day the Courier should have arrived nobody turned up so I wrote them again, they then insisted I pay the return myself!!
After I explained their Courier did not show up so why do I have to pay for the return, they simply ignored my messages from then on.

This situation is not over Vitamin360.
Consequences will follow.

Ich habe das 1. Mal eine Bestellung getätigt - alles lief super. Bei meiner 2. Bestellung muss ich leider das Gegenteil erwähnen. Ware bestellt, Zustellung angeblich in 3 Werktagen. Ich habe niemals die Ware erhalten. Habe nachgefragt, es hieß DPD hat das Paket an den Paketshop geliefert. Mir wurde nichtmal eine Benachrichtigung hinterlassen. Beim Paketshop teilte man mir mit - nein es liegt nichts vor. Ich wollte eine Bestätigung über die Warenannahme oder wo die Bestellung ist. Es kaum gar keine Antwort. Nach etlichem Nachfragen hieß es nur, wir können ihnen keine Bestätigung geben, aber Ware wurde an Adresse geliefert - ohne eine Bescheinigung, nur die Aussage als LÜGE. Bitte lasst die Finger davon. Das kann ich euch raten. Seit heute warte ich auf die Rückzahlung des Betrages, es ist nun genau 3 Monate dass ich mich damit ärgere. Es ist leider nicht seriös, zumindest nicht wie beim 1. Mal

Après lecture des avis exprimés ici, alors que je venais juste de passer commande, je n'étais pas plus rassuré que ça.
Je tiens donc à dire que tout s'est parfaitement déroulé. J'ai bien vérifié le produit et ses références et c'est impeccable. Le conditionnement est ok (enveloppe à bulles, ce qui est suffisant pour des boîtes de pilules, je déteste les suremballages).

Chronologie : commandé le vendredi après-midi 17/10/25, reçu le jeudi 23/10/25 matin, soit à peine 4 jours ouvrables ce qui est très correct puisque ça part de Slovaquie ou de Hongrie me semble-t-il.
Le suivi de l'envoi fonctionne très bien. A priori ils utilisent Chronopost pour les envois en France, donc pour avoir plus de détails sur le parcours du colis, on peut utiliser leur numéro de suivi ailleurs, par exemple sur le site Chronopost, ou bien sur parcelsapp.com qui assure le suivi universel.

Pour ma part, je commanderai d'autres produits chez eux sans appréhension.

Je suis étonné de la teneur de certains avis négatifs. Certaines choses sont annoncées avant l'achat, par exemple qu'en cas de refus en dehors de la rétractation réglementaire, le retour du produit se fera aux frais de l'acheteur.
Pour ma part j'ai lu la totalité des CGV, ils ne font pas de cadeaux et c'est sans doute strict, mais semblent respecter l'essentiel et notamment la rétractation éventuelle ce qui est important.

Achtung Betrug. Paket nicht erhalten und mir wurde es als Rückversand angerechnet. Rückversand wird als fast den vollen Kaufpreis angerechnet.

Scrivo questa recensione perchè ho acquistato da quest'azienda prima di aver letto le recensioni su questo sito e devo dire che se le avessi lette prima non avrei acquistato .... e sarebbe stato un vero peccato! Ha veramente ottimi prezzi e assortimento e soprattutto è affidabile! La mia esperienza è molto positiva e mi rendo conto che le persone sono più inclini a fare una recensione quando le cose non vanno bene piuttosto che quando vanno bene (io per prima)... ma qui l'azienda merita davvero di avere le recensioni di tutti non solo di quelli che hanno esperienza negativa perchè magari ci sono stati dei ritardi imputabili al corriere... che magari non aggiornano la recensione nonostante che il pacco sia arrivato anche se un po' in ritardo... Diciamoci la verità con amazon siamo abituati bene, con arrivi anche il giorno dopo all'ordine, ma la maggior parte delle aziende, seppure oneste, non ha la possibilità di garantire un servizio del genere! Va premiato però il lavoro di quest'azienda, perchè la spedizione, a corriere affidabile GLS, è avvenuta il giorno successivo all'ordine (fatto la sera alle 23), mi hanno mandato subito il codice di tracking e seguendo la spedizione ho visto che il pacco è rimasto fermo 4 gg in Austria (comprensivo di sab e dom), dove probabilmente fanno controlli e poi è partito per la sede GLS di destinazione dove è rimasto 1 giorno ... morale in 7 gg è arrivato tutto come da tempi stabiliti. Non esitate se volete risparmiare soldi!

I can't confirm the negative reviews. After I placed my order on Vitamin360.com and then checked Trustpilot, I was afraid I might have been scammed. But no — the two dietary supplements arrived safely after 10 days in Belgium (via DPD), apparently shipped from Slovakia. It does take a little while, and there's no documentation included in the package, but everything arrived just fine. So, all good!

Nonostante siano in Ungheria il servizio è stato molto veloce. Diffido quindi delle recensioni negative.
Per quanto riguarda la qualità del prodotto, le pastiglie hanno il tipico odore della vitamina B. Vedro' l'efficacia col tempo
