Tedious; but easiest way to do it online
If you live out of the state you are born with, 10/10 this is the way to go. Gotta pay for the packet and include a 22$ fee in the packet itself when you mail it - otherwise you’re screwed and have to wait even longer. Obtaining official documents is annoying and boring but must be done. A trip to your County’s Clerks office is definitely quicker though but not always an option

With any online vital records service your application will have to be mail to the corresponding health department and each health department has its own processing time and state fees.
