Horrible experience! I placed an order here for some ids and it never came! The customer service doesn’t respond and there’s no refund policy. I’ve been able to get ids online after I stumbled on an lnstagram seller that was very reputable and kept to their words. Stealthdmvs !

This is the second time ordering novelty ID's from New IDs. Really the third if you count me assisting a good friend with the process. They are always responsive to email questions, prompt and even caught a mistake I made on the order I assisted for the friend. Customer service is extremely helpful and quick to respond. The novelty ID’s that they provide are literally the best you can get anywhere, and at the best price too. You get a discount when ordering in bulk amounts so I would recommend that. Can’t say enough how grateful I am for new-ids. My order shipped in 2 weeks with a tracking number that they provided. Me and all of my friends were more than happy with the end result!
They would reply to every one of my email or questions except when I asked about my order. No updates even though was told it would take a week for a rushed order. Paid for rushed and it’s been a week. A scammy trashy and dishonest website.
