Good, reasonably priced supplements and prompt service
I get most of my supplements from Vitabright - they balance quality and high strength formulations with a reasonable price, and the service/delivery is very good. The reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is that the loyalty scheme is a bit difficult to understand and use. Also, they need to post the kosher and halal certifications where applicable e.g. the halal claim on the collagen persuaded me to purchase, but I'd be more confident if the certification was actually posted.

We truly appreciate your continued support and your valuable feedback. We're happy to hear you find our products to be of high quality and reasonably priced.
We understand your points regarding the loyalty scheme and the desire for visible certifications.
For the loyalty points:
If you log into your account and click on the person icon in the top right corner, next to the basket, then click on Rewards, you will see how many points your purchases have earned. 200 points = £1. Once you have accrued some points, click on 'ways to redeem', and you will be given the option to create a discount code that can be applied to your next order at checkout.
