I searched for the best magnesium, combined with other vitamins and minerals. This came up top in one of the review pages I looked at.
I did not know the capsules would be so huge. They can be opened though and contents tipped out. I put a dose into some Greek yoghurt and could barely taste it, but it’s just remembering to do that two or three times a day. Would be so much easier to swallow, but there’s no way I can swallow something so huge. I will just have to persevere opening them up and mixing them into something that doesn’t contain sugar!
Company itself seemed fine - smooth transaction, but did take several days for delivery.
