Like many others, I ordered on 27/01 and paid for next day delivery - nothing received and impossible to contact, and no response to many emails. After 14 days I am able to report to my bank to begin chargeback process. I will be doing this Monday and reporting to Trading Standards. Abysmal.

Ordered and confirmation received! Paid for next day! No order dispatched or recieved, Unabale to access account I supposedly created! Avoid this company! Been scammed. Thank god I paid credit card. I’ll get them on it.

Ordered and paid for next day delivery. Nothing has arrived. Tracked and says preparing. Emailed no response. Scam company avoid. I will continue to ring/email. Very disappointed and will be reporting to trade in standards if I do not receive a refund.

Stay well clear, this is a scam ,you will not receive your order and you will not get any responses from them, that's my experience

i ordered item with fast delivery at extra cost but was given tracking as if item was dispatched but now after five days still showing on tracking expecting item and was not sent off tried calling phone but no answer and emailed but no reply, looks fishy now got response due to this review that they can resend item so lets wait and see if this is true

Is this a scam? I made an order three days ago and paid for premium next day delivery. The order hasn’t been prepared or dispatched. I received a confirmation email but nothing else. It’s false advertising to offer “next day delivery” if you don’t deliver the next day.

I’ve emailed by heard nothing back. I’m very worried that I have lost nearly £30

Pretty sure this is a scam website. Ordered and paid for next day delivery, received a confirmation email and then nothing. It has now been a week and no response to my emails. Definitely don’t use if you need something quickly!

*update: I have finally received my items a month after I ordered them and paid for next day delivery 😂

I received order from Vision Pharmacy but unfortunately three quarters of order was missing! VP requested I send photographic proof of. Package and content. I did this and VP confirmed by. Return that a new order would be delivered the next day! And sure enough the completed order arrived the next day! I was absolutely delighted with the way my order was dealt with and the speed of the replaced order!! I would thoroughly recommend the service of Vision Pharmacy Leicester !

I placed an order on the 26th December of over £32 or my items and paid for international shipping. Money was deducted however items have not been shipped! No reply to my emails on refund or updates on shipping whatsoever. You’re not sending out my products or replying my email with regards to order#91363
Either ship out my items or refund me my money please! Please refund me my money or else I’m going to report your company and the in charge and pharmacist Gosh. Horrible.

Truly terrible service. It took two weeks for them to even process my order, despite having taken my money immediately. Then when I tried to contact them I got absolutely no response until the day before they finally sent it. Very snarky and rude response.
