TOTAL BAIT-AND-SWITCH SCAM

This company engages in deceptive pricing practices. Their US shipping policy guarantees that import taxes and duties are covered at checkout, and my itemized invoice clearly reflects payment for import fees.
However, carrier delivery required an unexpected additional 30% in import fees to release the package.
I attempted to contact their customer service team multiple times prior to delivery to address the discrepancy but received no meaningful response whatsoever. Paying twice for import fees due to false claims is unacceptable.
To make matters worse, the frames I received are missing the brand logo on one of the temples/arms, raising serious questions about product quality and authenticity.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Hello,

We are sorry for the frustration you experienced with the delivery of your package, but we would like to clarify what happened.

Our US shipping terms and itemized invoices correctly include and cover import duties. However, on very rare occasions—out of the thousands of parcels we successfully ship to the US—UPS makes a tagging or processing error and incorrectly attempts to collect fees upon delivery.

When you contacted us about this, our customer support team responded and explicitly instructed you not to pay those fees, as we were already in direct communication with the carrier to correct their mistake. Unfortunately, by choosing to pay the courier anyway despite our instructions while we were actively sorting the issue out, you incurred charges that could have been avoided.

We deeply regret the inconvenience caused by this rare carrier error, but it was entirely outside of our control, and we attempted to handle it properly on your behalf.

Fast delivery. Great product. Great price.

I bought a Police glasses frame on Monday morning that was delivered the following Monday to the UK from France via Germany for some reason.
It was the best price I could find that month.
Good product, well packaged, genuine.

Ware ist top

Ware ist top, allerdings habe ich über 2 Wochen auf die Ware warten müssen (innerhalb Deutschland)... Und auf 2 Anfragen hat man nicht reagiert..
Ich kaufe nichts mehr da..
Kommunikation ist alles und ich erwarte schon eine Rückmeldung spätestens nach der 2. Nachfrage

je suis très satisfaite de l'expédition et réception de ma commande via Mondial relai, c'est parfait, je recommanderai mes lunettes chez vous sans problème- un bémol, mes lunettes sont plus foncées que sur les photos où elles étaient havanes...
