Really like the ease of use, but would give 5 stars if I was able to move the furniture around with mouse, and easily eliminate or manipulate furniture in the given rooms/outdoor pics. It would also be nice to be able to use the same furniture in a large room and have it appear in additional views so that it seemed more consistent. Great ease of use though!

Nice variety and turn around times ....
It was simple to use and the selection for furniture had a nice variety to select from. Some photos you could tell with modified for the photos. I do agree with others on the pricing (billed upfront annually vs. monthly was not 100% clear in my opinion). The quick turnaround time is also beneficial for having to get items done quickly for a listing.
Unresponsive Support and Non-Compliant Renewal Practices
was charged $468 for an automatic renewal from Virtual Staging AI / Paddle without any advance notice or confirmation. The charge went through on a canceled card, and I canceled the same day after realizing what happened. Despite multiple emails referencing Section 8.2 of their own Terms (which allows a 7-day refund when usage is under 10 requests) and California’s Automatic Renewal Law (§17602), I received no response from their team.
It’s concerning that a company handling subscription payments would ignore refund requests, especially for renewals made without notice or consent. I’ve escalated the issue to my bank and would not recommend their billing or support practices.
NOT MONYHLY PRICING…
Nice clear pricing for MONYHLY PRICING which seems reasonable. Never used them before so I thought I would try them out on a one month basics so I signed up... I didn't see the extremely small print at the very bottom saying " yearly billing"
To my surprise I am immediately got a bill way higher than the clearly advertised price and went back to see how they got me... What a shameful way to do business!

This company is a scam. I remember getting a couple of free pictures and months later they charged my C C $192. Horrible customer service after 2 weeks of no response I started a dispute with the bank . From reading these reviews it appear that this is what they do . Shame on them .

Their refund site tab doesn't include this information, it redirects to their terms of service and this information in on page 11-12 of almost 20 pages.
I have no issue with the product but at almost $500/annually, a buyer should be aware and should be given sufficient notice to not renew.
There should also be a cancellation period after renewal.
I regret using VirtualStagingAI - Realtors Beware
I regret using VirtualStagingAI. I requested a cancellation of my subscription, but they still charged my card without authorization. Over the past week, I have sent multiple emails asking for a refund and confirmation, but I have received no response. As a Realtor, I expect professionalism, prompt communication, and respect for client rights. This company has failed on all fronts. Charging someone after cancellation and then ignoring all outreach is unacceptable.
I’m sharing this so others, especially realtors, are warned before engaging with VirtualStagingAI.
Stay away from this company
Stay away from this company. I did not permit money to be deducted from my account. On 12 September, I received an invoice and immediately requested that the subscription not be renewed, and I also cancelled it online. Despite this, on 18 September, they still took money from my account without my authorisation.
I tried to get in touch with an agent, but the AI bot just kept taking me in circles, and I couldn’t get real help. Please refund my money immediately. Horrible experience – I strongly advise others to stay away.

Good customer support via email
First of all, I really like the service, and so do my clients. However, I had an issue with my billing. I tried the chat first to resolve the issue, and the chat AI instructed me to email customer support for further assistance. After a few days, I received an email explaining what had happened and outlining my options. I responded with my thanks for the help, and in a few days, I received an email alerting me that the issue was resolved.

Got a faster turnaround, but not really happy with it.
I usually use Stuccco for my staging needs, but I was in a hurry and after trying Sora and failing, ChatGPT recommended your company. I thought there was a free version, but had to sign up for the monthly plan. I wanted to show two different angles of the same room, but there was only one version that worked. It was supposed to put in bedroom furniture and use the same furniture in the same place for the alternate view. Every time it would put the bed on the other wall, so not good. It put a big picture on the wall where the ceiling slanted up, so pictures aren't slanted... After over an hour of working with it, I went with the only version that kept the bed on the same side of the room. But I didn't get draperies at the window and there was no way to ask for that. I was supposed to get a few photos with my plan but I'm going to cancel it. I would rather wait for Stuccco since I can do something else while they're working on it for me.
