Very disappointing experience, unprofessional service

I ordered virtual home staging images based on the quality displayed on their website. Unfortunately, the final delivery has absolutely nothing to do with what is advertised in their portfolio.

The images look unnatural and unrealistic, with poor lighting, no real ambiance, and furniture that does not match at all the references I provided (which were taken directly from their own website). There is little to no decoration, no coherence, and the result is clearly not suitable for presentation to professional clients.

I expressed my disappointment politely and requested either a revision of the work or a refund.
Both were categorically refused: no corrections, no refund.

For a paid service that claims to be professional, this is unacceptable. The lack of customer consideration after delivery is extremely disappointing.

I am attaching the images that were delivered so everyone can see the gap between what is promised and what is actually provided.

I strongly do not recommend this service.

Not good. The AI will change the dimensions of the original photography/room without your permission.

✔️ Collov.ai’s AI does not currently offer a setting to lock room geometry.
✔️ The AI generates new visuals based on the original photo, which can look like walls shift or space changes.
✔️ You can try instruction prompts along the lines of “keep original space dimensions” but there’s no guaranteed toggle.

I had a good experience UNTIL I UPGRADED. I had no luck getting the multi-angle staging to work after many attempts (the video was completely useless) and REPEATED attempts to get some "human assistance" were unproductive. No one ever reached out to me to help me solve the issues I was having. I will be cancelling my subcription.

Extremely frustrated with my experience on Collov.ai. I signed up but couldn't even generate a single picture due to the site freezing repeatedly. I canceled my subscription within 24 hours and as their refund policy states that you qualify for a refund if fewer than 10 pictures are used. I didn’t even create even one picture and they have denied my request. I can't even get a response from their AI chatbot or help desk regarding my inquiries.

It feels like my money has been taken without delivering the promised service, and it's incredibly disappointing.

They advertised multiple angles of virtual staging of the same room. I couldn't understand their website...tried multiple times to get to this particular item. I ended up paying for a whole year...when it states you cancel any time. BUT, the fine print says there is no refund...but you can cancel!!!

The options and customization of their software is just amazing! I especially like the various categories and ability to create custom images and adding matching furniture or cabinetry. The shadowing and realism is top notch. I highly recommend this software.
