Paul Smith has been excellent he has worked very hard to find us our holiday!

Thank you Jason you made this booking very simple, and easy very quick correspondence by you, and always very helpful.

we booked a holiday to Thailand with David Miller and absolutely nothing was any trouble to this guy from start to finish he was 10/10 he was that good we have only been back 4 days and have booked through him again honestly if your looking for a holiday I'd highly recommend this man he's top notch

Was really nice dealing with Jay, he was very helpful in organising our trip to match a family members recent booking. Let’s hope with what’s happening in the world that the holiday goes as smooth 🤞. Many thanks Jay Walker

Ryan Smith was my assigned travel agent after enquiring about the 5 countries holiday package in Asia. He has been tremendously patient and understanding when technical difficulties got in the way. He made great suggestions for when I wanted to tweak the itenerary a bit. The holiday is in May 2027 so I will come back to give an update but so far so good. Praying it continues as such.

I have not yet been on my trip, but want to review the booking process so far. Jason was so helpful from my very first message in finding me the right tour for what I wanted to see and for my travel dates. He kept in touch without being pushy and made sure I had all the information I needed to book. Since then he’s still been available to answer questions and I can highly recommend so far!

Jay Walker has been incredibly helpful whilst helping me sort our dream trip for my Wife's upcoming 30th! I must of asked over a hundred questions and no ask was too much for Jay. A credit to Virikson holidays, a name and a company i would 100% be recommending to friends and family.
Thank you Jay your amazing!

Jay Walker helped us book our honeymoon to Thailand staying in 3 different places, all went like clockwork and I was kept up to date with regular contact. Decided last minute we would have liked business class which he sorted for us too.
Booked flights for next year with another company and I did believe it was all too good to be true which it ended up being and thought I’d contact Jay again. He sorted out flights for us again and I’m so happy and it’s a company who are professional and all the ways of transferring monies and all paperwork are very professional. I did stress when I purchased our first holiday with a company I never knew about but I will continue to use viriksons and especially Jay Walker, thank you ☺️

I saw a deal on Facebook but wanted to make a few tweaks, Jason put together a package which is everything I wanted a 10 night trip to Abu Dhabi and the Maldives. As I have never been to either Jason was really informative and nothing was too much trouble and the price was fantastic!
Upon booking I was a bit nervous as I didn’t get confirmation of flights until the day after, after paying the full balance, I did expect them straight away. However Jason reassured me and stayed in contact to ensure I had received them ok. Thank you so much!

I have just booked dream holiday to Siyam world in Maldives Jason was brilliant and I got great deal

Great company, sorted the whole holiday out, from flights to hotel without any issues and plenty of options . Kiara Foster was very helpful in organising the trip. Many thanks

Best price thank you Ryan for your help

Extremely helpful & patient...they looked at all the options I asked & advised on accommodation, flights etc

We contacted Vrikson holidays after seeing a holiday advertised on facebook to India & Sri Lanka at a very reasonable price for 2027. We spoke to Bella Davis who was extremely efficient and guided us through the booking process. We wanted to make some additional changes - adding days and changing hotels and nothing was too much trouble. We have yet to to on the holiday as it is in March 2027 but looking forward to it. We will put another review once we have been. So far a great experience with this company.

We had an idea of what type of holiday we wanted and Natasha Smith, tailored our holiday to our exact requirements.
Holiday booked, looking forward to our Safari adventure and relaxing break on the beach.

I had the best experience when booking my holiday. I’ve stayed in the loop and been updated accordingly via WhatsApp by Jay walker. He offered me the best price and hotel and has been very fast are responding. I would defo reccomend this company. Jay was very polite and answered all questions :) 100% satisfied

Have recently booked a safari and beach break to Tanzania and Zanzibar though ViriksonHolidays.
Angela Brown was a great help throughout the booking process tailoring the holiday and dates to our needs.
She has also been very helpful and responsive since booking with any queries we have had.

Service has been very good, booking process smooth and prices more than reasonable compared to other quotes we received.

VT-Ryan Smith has been so patient whilst working amazingly hard to create the Safari of our dreams. He has had to create inventories and change them many time. Given the length of time Ryan has been in communication with me, he has gave me the confidence and security to book our dream vacation. I would recommend Ryan to any one as he definitely has gone over and beyond for not just us but the company. We are only in the very first faze off our booking as we do not go till Sept 27, but here,s hoping the high level and prompt communication continue going forward until our holiday date

Communication has been great throughout using WhatsApp. There are lots of tours on offer to many exotic destinations and they can be tailor-made to your requirements. A special mention to Keith who has used his experience and knowledge to suggest and plan itineraries. Thanks for your support and patience Keith.

I cannot recommend Paul Smith at Virikson Holidays highly enough. From the very beginning, Paul was incredibly patient, professional, and responsive throughout the entire booking process.

We made numerous changes to our itinerary, hotels, and flights while trying to create the perfect family holiday, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Paul was always happy to help, providing different options, answering all of our questions, and offering honest advice without any pressure.

His communication was excellent throughout, and he made what could have been a stressful booking process completely straightforward. Thanks to his hard work, we've ended up with what we believe is the perfect Thailand holiday for our family.

If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about finding the right holiday rather than just making a booking, I would highly recommend Paul. Thank you again for all your help. We can't wait for our trip!
