Always quick in every aspect and very helpful. Never had any issues, absolutely recommended.

Honeslty the item was not at all what the picture looked like. No description of what the prop was made out of in the auction but I knew the weapon was most likely plastic or resin. What I didn’t expect was it to come looking like it was made by a 10yr. The pictures that were taken for the auction definitely did not represent properly what receive. Also the “display box” was just basically clear plastic wrap over a frame, when the pictures also showed this looking more like an actual display box. This is probably the most disappointing I’ve ever been with a prop.

Excellent customer service and communication. 0 issues with bidding and paying for my purchases and delivery was quick and the items were taken care of .

Will buy again, but only thing that disappointed me was the fact I couldn’t combine my order and both my orders were shipped in the same box. So could have saved money on shipping. I’m glad they packaged well! That was something I was happy to see when I opened the item. Will 100% buy again!
