We are a family run business and have been trading in Records, CDs, and music memorabilia for over 40 years. We can regularly be found a trade shows and record fairs around the UK. You can find us most Thursday's and Friday's at Old Spitalfields Market where we run stall. We moved online during covid, starting with ebay and now our own online store www.vinyladdicts.co.uk. We pride ourselves in excellent customer service and try our best to resolve any issues that may come up. If you have any questions or would like to know more about us or our collection then please do contact us. We welcome trade and wholesale clients. We are London based and have an operation in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.

Purchase has not arrived after a month

I ordered it a month ago but have not received it. I emailed the company twice, but they have not responded, nor have I obtained the shipping tracking number. I'm close to calling my credit card company to stop the payment or even claim fraud.

My only complaint is the large…

My only complaint is the large international shipping fee and no tracking so I was just wondering when it may arrive. Everything else was great and my order arrived in tact.

Thanks for the feedback. We're not pleased with the large shipping fee either. Unfortunately as a small independent we can't get the big discounts for shipping and so we can only get normal retail prices.

Not a great experience unfortunately.

First time using Vinyl Addicts and unfortunately the vinyl never arrived. No dispatch email until over a week later, but only as I had to enquire. Communication through seller was a bit slow. Managed to get refund through PayPal.
Perhaps use Royal Mail 48 tracked in future so both the seller and buyer can track?
Sorry, but won’t be using Vinyl Addicts again.

The quality of print is fairly low on…

The quality of print is fairly low on the majority of the prints. Further inspection of some of smaller fonts chosen are quite crude.
