Good Experience
The people were friendly, polite and gave us useful information. We were more than happy with their valuations and the money was in our bank account within a few minutes. If we had anymore 'collectables' we wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.

Worth the wait !
Very pleased with the price given for my things.
However due to only one valuer turning up the wait time was considerably more than the 15 minutes suggested in your brochure.
Another ten minutes and I would have walked away without seeing the valuer.
People did walk away because of the time factor to wait. However I was glad I stayed.

I had a variety of items to dispose of & Josh was very helpful enabling me time to decide upon what to sell, keep or donate to charity. He gave a very competitive 'spot gold' buy rate for some unwanted jewellery which I accepted.

It was my first time at such an event…and came away really happy
It was my first time at such an event so I was a little nervous. But I was lucky, I had the best possible person to guide me through it. Josh was charming, quick and professional, with little asides where he explained things about items I had brought. I sold some items but at no time did I feel rushed or pressured to do so. I had the best experience and came away really happy.

Just been to one in shepshed of these…
Just been to one in shepshed of these supposedly experts. I'm disgusted. I shown him over 100 year old coins, he said not worth anything he said. We had a camera that he didn't take out it's case. I shown one of my mum's old watches and said I've got loads of them. They are worthless. They just wanted stuff so they could melt it down. I asked him what training did he do to do this job and he said he had no training. Awful. I just wanted information on some of coins but he didn't know anything

Generally a pleasing experience. My one comment would be that the values told you what was on offer for the lessor items, but did not do the same regarding the more valuable items and therefore had no opportunity to discuss.

Despite flash brochure with pictures, not interested in boxed and unboxed antique Royal Worcester items or collection of c800 vintage boxed and unboxed Corgi and Dinky models (valued between £15 to £950) or vintage tinplate toy models.
