Great company to edal with
Fairly local venue, easy parking, nice people running the event. Sam Wrafter, our assessor, was very honest and fair. He also provided advice on other avenues where we might acheive a better price.

Fair price, good valuation, seen quickly
Took a load of old bits and pieces to get a valuation and sell today, the chap was fair with his valuation, I knew roughly what the gold items would be worth, he said what I had in my head, and offered a little lower… deal done, I also had a load of costume jewellery and florins etc that he offered a lowish price for… so have kept that and will be car booting it… was seen quickly and cash / bank transfer done there and then….. happy with the overall experience, and will use them again when they are in the area

The venue was accessible with good parking. The advertisement leaflet had given good details about what the company would take. The agent was clear about what was acceptable and what his offer was. The offer was acceptable to me. Money was in my account immediately.

I got a good honest appraisal of my items, that turned out better than my expectations. As someone bought up in antique markets, auction houses etc.... I also recognise the market changes. Very efficiently organised. My fellow villages seemed happy.

Warsop
I attended the Warsop Vintage & Collectables event today after seeing it advertised on FB. I checked to see what was suitable to bring with me on their website.
I spent over 2 hours sorting through and packing a lot of Vintage Costume jewellery, and some silver and gold jewellery.
The appraiser we saw only bothered to look at a few items. He kept telling me to sell it on Vinted and EBay, even after I explained that I didn’t want to do that. I decided to get the silver items out as he made it very obvious that he wasn’t interested in the antique or vintage costume jewellery (even though it tells you to bring it on your website) He didn’t seem at all interested in that either. I did have gold jewellery, too, but I’d had enough of his disinterested attitude and his 'fed up' looks every time I showed him something, I just wanted to leave.
A complete waste of my time sorting and packing my items. A complete waste of petrol and travel time. I will never attend one of your events again, nor will I be recommending you to anyone else.

Admittedly we did have to wait along…
Admittedly we did have to wait along time but when we got to the table the person who saw us was very friendly and polite. He seemed to know what he was looking at and even told us that one item we took that we would be better putting it in an auction as we would probably get more for it. All in all we were very happy with our visit.

Stopsley Roadshow. Took some old gold chains and rings that I don't or can't wear anymore. Waited a couple of hours to be seen. Got a quote that I was more than happy with, accepted, gave bank details and got money into my account straight away. No hassle, very professional and great experience.
