Easy and good way to sell items, which are just being stored and taking up space.
I had been to this sort of experience before, so was not worried.
I was greeted in a friendly manner and there was no waiting.
The items were bought with a fair price, in a professional, but pleasant way.

Only one valuer at function.
I turned up to an event today adjacent to where I work. I only had my lunch hour. Upon attending, there were three tables set up and around 15 people waiting. I asked a gentleman how long he had already waited and he said 50 minutes. Despite there being three tables, there was only one man in attendance. I had to leave and return to work.

Very Fair
Efficient, well presented and the dealer was open and not pushy. Valuations were fair, some accepted some not. Missing star because little attention was given to non gold items.

Valuation and offer for collection of jewellery primarily
Sam was most amiable and sociable However I feel I was too rash in accepting 300 for the large amount of items I selected for valuations No single items were valued The collection included several gold pieces of jewellery many coins of some age perhaps somewhat tarnished a large stash of silver a silver pocket watch and masses of costume jewellery I've got a horrible sneaky feeling that I've been ripped off !

Warmly greetings.
Was warmly greated. Honest evaluation of the items I took. Good advice to where I could try and sell or return for the price offered.
Really wanted a more exact quote for the gold. Verification was made of 9,18 ck. But it was not weighed and I wanted a more fixed figures after commission was deducted.

Hi Steven,
Thank you for taking the time to leave such detailed feedback. We're pleased to hear that you felt welcomed, received an honest evaluation.
We also appreciate your comments regarding the gold valuation. We understand the importance of having clear and precise figures when considering an offer. While our initial assessment focuses on verifying the gold content and providing an indicative valuation, we recognise that a more detailed breakdown can be helpful.
Thank you again!
