Rejuvenating past
After a long time I read a book with a purpose and the purpose was to connect myself somewhere with my past and I say with conviction that after reading the book, my purpose was fulfilled. Kudos to Vindi Kohli for rejuvenating the life of readers of the book “Find my Me”

I have tried other yoga and activities classes as well but it is by far the best. The way yoga and meditation is taught by Vindi Kohli, it leads to wholistic healing of mind and body. Not just the process is made easy but it is beautifully explained too. Breathing exercises I learnt from her have helped me a lot in my physical and mental well being. Also, Vindi Kohli is not just a teacher only but a mentor and a guide as well.
Also, the book written by her is a Must Read. It is simple worded but very insightful. It has personal and powerful lessons about life and how to deal with it.
I had been a great personal experience and I always look forward to new programs/classes by her.

Acceptance is the key
I was suffering with a physical health issue and couldn't accept this fact for many years. Because of this problem, i used to live in fear, under a burden and never could live my life to the fullest. But my sessions with Vindi Kohli made me realise that the problem i am going through is nothing to be ashamed of. She helped me merge the 2 identities i had made of myself in my head, she made me realise that the problem was all in my head and made the process of acceptance very easy for me. I was almost in depression at one point of time but my sessions with her have brought me to a much better phase mentally. I am glad to have met her!

Find my Me is the To go place when it comes to self healing.Mrs Vandana kohli is the best Mentor one can have.She helps you to be aware of where all you are stuck and how to heal your body through yoga and your mind through meditation.She is a very compassionate teacher who listens and understands and then helps you find yourself.I highly reccomend her because of her genuine intentions to help people evolve and grow spiritually .She talks and walks her own experiences in her life.
