I received very helpful advice which "thought outside the box" to secure a buy-to-let mortgage for me. This is our 6th or 7th mortgage arranged through Vincent Burch. Matthew helped find the best mortgage on the market for us to switch to before our current mortgage ended. Janice helped with the comms between ourselves, the conveyancing company and the mortgage firms. We were given plenty of notice when each step was taking place and what was required. This has been one of the smoothest transitions we’ve ever had. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this firm!

Our mortgage adviser Andrew was fantastic, supporting us throughout our mortgage application. He helped make sure that we got the right product and helped navigate the sometimes misleading lender fees. Everything was done quickly and easily, and communication was really easy via email.
