I first contacted Vincent Burch a few weeks ago with wanting to re mortgage 6 buy to let properties. I spoke to Lee and told him our situation and what I was trying to achieve. Lee checked it all out and was able to recommend lenders and found the ones with the cheapest interest rates for the term we were looking for. He explained the brokerage fees regarding Vincent Burch seeing through the applications until completion. Lee came back to me with the best deals he could find and we started the process. Karen then took over the administration and dealing with the new lenders. The whole process was completed within a few weeks and kept me updated with the progress at every stage and liaised with the lenders regarding any key information they needed.
