I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. The thread on the handle of my sink completely stripped. I requested a replacement part that falls under warranty back in June. After waiting months, the part I finally received was the wrong color. What followed was nonstop back-and-forth with customer service, with very little guidance or real solutions. I was eventually told that the correct color no longer exists and that they cannot replace the part, despite the issue clearly falling under warranty. The only solution was to refund me the amount I paid for the replacement, which I still have yet to receive.

After 7 months of delays, I’m now left with a faucet that cannot be properly repaired and I will have to replace the entire thing. The lack of urgency, accountability, and follow-through has been incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend this company based on how warranty issues are handled.

I’m a residential contractor, and this review reflects my experience dealing with VIGO Industries’ warranty support — not the aesthetics of the product.

The issue involved a brand-new faucet installed in a newly completed home. Immediately upon occupancy, the homeowner experienced low water flow. The installing plumbing contractor diagnosed the problem as a clogged or damaged cartridge — a very common occurrence in new construction.

What should have been a simple replacement-part request turned into a prolonged and frustrating process. Despite providing the model number, invoice, vendor documentation, and a clear professional diagnosis, VIGO repeatedly insisted on:

A video demonstration

Serial numbers that do not exist on the invoice

Disassembly of a newly installed faucet using specialty tools, at the customer’s expense

This approach is impractical for homeowners and contractors alike. Removing a cartridge requires a service call that can easily exceed the cost of the replacement part itself, especially when the failure occurs immediately after installation.

Ultimately, my plumbing supplier replaced the entire faucet and is handling the warranty directly with VIGO — which resolved the issue, but only because the vendor stepped in.

My concern is not that issues happen — they do with any manufacturer. My concern is that VIGO’s warranty process appears designed to create friction rather than resolution.

Based on this experience, I would hesitate to specify VIGO products again for custom residential construction, simply because I cannot confidently place my clients into a warranty process like this.

I hope VIGO takes this feedback seriously and improves support for contractors and homeowners.

Jeg lå og sov, mens min kærestes mor sad på altanen, da det pludselig bankede voldsomt på døren. Kort efter går døren op, og en Rema 1000-leverandør går direkte ind i vores lejlighed uden tilladelse og råber “Hallooo!”. Jeg bliver forskrækket og forvirret - man går altså ikke bare ind i andres hjem!
Først flere minutter senere kommer hun tilbage og undskylder med forklaringen om, at hun “ikke ville lade varerne stå udenfor”. Uacceptabel opførsel og en meget dårlig undskyldning.

I joined last month for the EDI support role Oct 6th (Remote-India). During the time of interview they mentioned they were looking out for the tech support exp with ticketing knowledge. After joining I came to knew that the entire process flow is irrelevant to my profile. I dont hav exp in EDI. Manager Jason franzo is very arrogant. Without any notice he terminated me. I was on sick leave 1day. People from india please do not join this firm. They will hire you and fire you anytime. No proper training or guidance will be provided. After 2weeks the manager will start pointing you out even though if you work hard he will treat you like you havent done anything. Worst exp. They will give you false hope stating they will follow all the protocols. Salary will not be paid on time. No month end payment . USD to INR conversion. This company completely destroyed my entire career. Never recommended

Vigo Industries refuses to honor their warranties. I purchased a faucet that had an internal valve failure and they do not respond to emails.

I was sent a frameless shower door from Vigo which I ordered from Home Depot in which the rail that the door was mounted on was too short. I asked for a replacement but they refused. Their excuse was that the end had been cut off but that happened before I received it. I had to order and pay for a new rail. Home Depot was great but VIGO customer service was useless.

Kødvarer temperatur 19,7grader det er sku ikke i orden . Kunne i få minus stjerner var det -5

Jeg er lige blevet suspenderet i 30 dage i at kunne levere varer fordi jeg missede 1 ud af 9 leveringer efter at være forhindret pga bøvl med scanning af deres kvitteringer ved hver levering. Så ikke nok med at jeg har haft en lang og stresset dag og kun tjent håndører, så sidder der nu også dårligt gående/ikke gående borgere i mit nabolag uden nogen til at kunne tage opgaverne. Sørgeligt koncept det her..

Purchased a Brielle shower panel 2 years ago. Customer service is based in the Philippines and they claim to have no ability to speak to Vigo in US. Since May 6th we've been waiting for a new thermostatic control valve. They had no problem charging my credit card but still no valve. We've been taking cold showers for over a month and at this point our only solution is to remove the tile and have a plumber install new pipes and shower head. Since we only have 4 extra tile pieces this has become a nightmare scenario.

We call and email Vigo weekly. Never, ever would we recommend buying from them.

We found Ferguson Plumbing Supply in July. They ordered the valve and had it shipped FedEx. Showers are now lukewarm or extremely hot, but it's an improvement!

Manglende varer, smadrede varer, merpris for erstatninger osv osv!!! Og alle gange jeg har givet det en chance har det været et bud, som ikke talte et ord dansk, kom for sent, ringede og bad mig bekræfte modtagelse af varer jeg ikke havde modtaget fordi han var forsinket...
Totalt kvaste og smadrede varer, alt for dyr levering og flere manglende varer!!!

Brug Bilka ToGo i stedet!!! Samme leveringspris uanset hvor meget du bestiller. Ingen merpris ved erstatning. Og du kan få både hjemmelevering og selv afhente!

I have attempted to make contact with this company for a replacement part under warranty three times over the last month. I have provided them with everything they requested from me and get no response! Will never buy from them again if this is how they treat their customers!

Jeg handler hver uge hos Rema 1000 Vigo
Generelt er jeg super tilfreds ,men denne uge har de ikke ajourført deres tilbudsliste med deres tilbudspris hvilket først fremkommer ved afslutning af handelen. Så vidt jeg ved er den ny dag begyndt kl 0.00

Nu har jeg to dage i træk forsøgt at bestille varer til udbringning, men begge gange har betaling ikke kunne gennemføres. Der står rigeligt med penge på min konto. Ringede til Rema, de bad mig tage kontakt til min bank. MEN jeg har lige kunne hæve penge på mit kort i automat og har lige nu, og igår brugt mit kort i taxa med god resultat. Så ved ikke hvorfor jeg ikke kan betale hverken med kort eller mobilpay i Rema1000 Vigo 😕

Tror folk har misforstået at Vigo ikke er Viggo..

I purchased a brand new Vigo VG6042CL60 pivot shower door, and it has been leaking from the door seals since it was installed by a Licensed Contractor on 9/11/24. I have sent numerous emails to their customer service, and have complied with there suggestions, which was to apply some silicone, which should never be a fix to a brand new door.
To no avail, I attempted this, and the seals still leak.
I realize this is going nowhere, and I am on my own with this issue. I'm just trying to protect anyone else from making a poor decision, and purchasing from this company, that offers no resolve.

Jeg søgte på deres app på a til b og dik pris 600kr men da Viggo kom frem var prisen en anden ‘?? Nu på 798kr ? Mange forklaringener som vi kn jo ikke køre denne tur for 600kr ??? Vi sidde i taxien og vil gerne hjem så vb køre fir 798)!
Sidste gang vi køre med er selvskab som snyder deres kunder efter de er kommet ind i bilen …. Dårlig som i rigtig dårlig oplevelse

Jeg er generelt godt til Freds med jer men når jeg bestiller nogle vare og i ikke levere den dag de,bliver bestilt.
Så er det ikke i orden at i så tager mere for varen dagen efter fordi i ikke kunne levere den dag de blev bestilt
