Vigilance Fire Safety Ltd Arvostelua

Efficient, prompt and friendly service.

Ray was responsive and able to advise effectively. Report provided on time and delivered with small amendments as required. Good service.

We recently used Vigilance Fire Safety Ltd to carry out our fire risk assessment, and I was genuinely impressed by their professionalism and expertise. From the initial booking process with Ray, who made everything straightforward and efficient, to the on-site assessment carried out by Francis, the whole experience was seamless.

Francis demonstrated real competence and attention to detail, he took the time to understand our business setup, asked all the right questions, and explained his findings clearly without overcomplicating things. It’s refreshing to deal with a fire safety company that combines technical knowledge with a genuinely practical and supportive approach.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Vigilance Fire Safety Ltd to any organisation looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy fire safety partner. They’ve set a very high bar for industry standards.

Quick turnaround

I would highly recommend Vigilance Fire Safety, they're professional, thorough, knowledgeable and friendly.

Ray was super helpful and very polite. I felt that I could trust his advise and recommendations. Would definitely rebook.

Excellent service, very informative - he knew his stuff, and coupled with decent pricing. Would highly recommend for fire risk assessment works.

We bought a block of flats, we did not much about the regulations, I googled & found Ray’s company. From day 1he guided us and explained everything thoroughly. If I had any questions I forgot to ask, he would always answer my call, not like a lot fo companies.

Excellent rapid response to my initial enquiry. Ray Amoah was able to provide well informed professional information and advise on providing a fire risk assessment for a flat in a small property development. He carried out the assessment expeditiously and efficiently, and provide the report immediately after his visit. Finally and importantly he was friendly and competent, and it was a pleasure to commission him to carry out the assessment.

I recently had a fire safety check done at my business, GLOW, with Ray, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! Ray was incredibly thorough and professional, walking me through every step of the process with clear explanations. He took the time to ensure that every safety measure was up to code and gave valuable advice on how we can improve our fire safety standards further. I now feel much more confident knowing GLOW is well-protected. Ray’s expertise and friendly approach made the entire experience stress-free. Highly recommend his services!
