The tickets were purchased on 2nd November 2024 and I received confirmation with the place of concert Kinsky Palace - adres Vienna, Freyund 4.
You had a lot of time and my e-mail adres and perhaps my mobile number also to inform me about the changes !!!

After arriving at Kinsky Palace, it turned out that apart from us (4 tickets) there was no one. The security man said me that there is no concert on 5 th January 2025.
I tried to contact Vienna Concert by phone, but initially without result. The landline number +4315123457 did not answer (7;43pm). The mobile numbers +436763185521 (7:43pm, 7:48pm) and +436769006387 (7:54pm) also failed to reach.
Finally, at 7:48pm, someone pickedup the phone and confirmed that there would be no concert at the address provided. They were supposed to send the current address of the event.
I waited for an email or text message, but I didn't receive it. I called the working number again at 7:55pm and asked for SMS.
I received SMS with the correct address a minute later. It was Borsesale at Palais Borse Wipplingerstrasse 34.

Not knowing the City of Vienna, we we wandered in the rain to reach for the concert to start. We made it at the last moment, getting back seats at the side of the audience !!!

We are dissatisfied and disappointed with the organization and professionalism of Vienna Concerts Company.

We were tired and sweaty because of the brisk walking in the rain. Receiving the concert in such circumstances was not pleasant for us.
We had not bought tickets for the Vienna Residence Orchestra concert for that purpose.

Of course Vienna Concert Company did not respond to my dissatisfaction sent by e-mail.

An iconic landmark in Vienna - the tour was so well organized and informative, and a lovely experience to my Vienna trip!

I love everything about the Vivaldi concert, the music, the venue and the atmosphere. This experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it to everyone who loves Vivaldi.

Though I was dizzy to check the right location of concert, but I was so happy to see and listen the happy performances.

We used Viennaconcerts.com to book several classical music events during our trip to Vienna. The Website is straightforward and easy to navigate and compare many different concerts and operas.

The concerts we attended were from good to excellent. All in all wonderful experience.

It's an inconvenience that there is no male restroom at the place and not outside as several men do their needs in the garden

Nice experience, good concert, beautiful venue!

The concert was very nice to listen to. Excellent performance with very good players, a beautiful performance of the four seasons by Vivaldi. The church is a beautiful example of the Baroque, but is very distracting because of the opulent appearance of all the attributes.

Absolutely fantastic experience at KarlsKirche for a Vivaldi concert. I strongly recommend paying extra for the front seats, as you see the musicians up close, and can really appreciate their talent and the coordination with each other. Main violinist was outstanding-we were so glad we decided to attend this concert. It was one of our best experiences in Vienna-truly memorable.

They said I booked the wrong date, but it’s my birthday how would I book a wrong date??? I tried to book an important concert one month ahead but they give me the tickets of next day??? So no concert no refund no help at all !!!
Beware !!! Fraud !!! Fraud !!!

We booked a package with pre concert dinner at the Grand Hotel Wine and concert at the Musikverein with the Vienna Mozart orchestra.
We had an execrable meal in the 1870 restaurant terrace at the Grand consisting of watery soup followed by chicken thighs in a tired room with poor service.
The concert was musically very good although the seats were hard and the lighting uncomfortably bright.
Enjoy the concert, eat elsewhere

Die Unternehmung selbst ist echt und funktioniert, nur werden besonders hohe Servicegebühren von ca 20% Aufschlag zum eigentlichen Ticketpreis für einen Ticketkauf hierüber verlangt.
Da alles auch auf Englisch ist, kann dies für einen Touristen attraktiv sein, ansonsten ist es einfach nur Abzocke.

This was a wonderful experience and the children really enjoyed it. We did not understand the location correctly from the email confirmation and we missed the first part of our concert unfortunately. The hosts were wonderful and let us attend the next session to catch up the first half of the concert and saved us good seats. They didn't have to do that and it was incredibly kind that they did! I would recommend these events but also recommend that you clarify the venue twice before you set off!

Very misleading. I thought I was booking for a concert at Event: Vienna Baroque Orchestra / Schönborn Palace. I paid 98 euros for two tickets. When I arrived at Schonborn Palace, I was told that this was not the venue; my tickets were at a place in the city center. It was too late to go there then. I think that this is extremely misleading, especially for a tourist who does not know that there is a Schonborn Palace and a Palais Schoenborn and that they are two different places entirely.

Since the company has responded that it was my own fault that I went to the wrong venue, I want to let other potential customers see the actual verbiage that was sent in my confirmation email.

They are correct that if I had googled the address I would have seen my error, but I think that a tourist would not be aware that this was not the famous palace on the outskirts of the city. It would certainly be helpful, and easy, to state in the email that this concert takes place in the inner city. Buyer beware. According to the gentleman we spoke to at the Palace, this is an ongoing problem and their own legal department is pursuing it. He indicated that many tourists have made the same mistake.

I bought 2 tickets for Dinner + Vienna Mozart Orchestra / 1870 Restaurant Terrace / Musikverein - GoldenHall. The 1870 Restaurant is on the top floor of the Grand Hotel Wien. When I arrived the staff told me that the restaurant was booked for a private event and to proceed to the 1st Floor. The staff seated us at their hotel breakfast buffet area. We had a choice of fish or chicken. I chose the chicken. The plate was brought to me with 3 chicken nugget size pieces of chicken thigh meat and a lemon half to squeeze over it. There was nothing else on the plate. I tried to eat it but it was too greasy. I don’t write bad reviews, but this was a total rip off. I paid a lot of money to have a nice dinner with my wife at a nice restaurant. What we got instead was seating in a loud hotel lobby and an entree that wouldn’t meet McDonald’s standards. They even charged us $9 Euros for the bottle of water we drank. The soup and desert were fine and we enjoyed the concert, but don’t buy the dinner!

I visited the ballet, it was a modern production. I liked everything very much: the price was about 45 euros per ticket and everything was clearly visible. The sound and light were great, the dancers were great. I would love to return to this theatre.

It was an incredible night! We loved the historical setting, it was a cozy environment, the concert was awesome, from the song selection to the performance of the musicians, technically excellent and also heartfelt. If I come back to Vienna, I'll repeat the experience for sure.
