I purchased tickets for the most expensive section of St. Charles Church in Vienna. My confirmation email from Vienna Concerts said there would be open seating within each section. I arrived early to secure the best seats but found we assigned seats at the rear of the section. I showed the staff the email from Vienna Concerts. The said Vienna Concerts was mistaken about the seating arrangements.

€20 mark up on €39 tickets!! I foolishly rushed in to buy from this agent but then on seeing the value of the tickets (which was not made clear while purchasing) managed to find the actual theatre site where I could have bought them at face value and no fee! Refund policy charges 50% so not worth doing! Go to the actual site not the one who paid to appear at the top on google

Mi experiencia fué muy satisfactoria sobretodo porque por alguna razón que desconozco se duplicó la compra de los boletos del concierto y de inmediato contacté vía email y de igual manera de inmediato hicieron el reembolso correspondiente. Esto me dejó una muy buen sabor de boca. Gracias.

On September 3, 2024, the website that I used to order tickets was confusing and apparently reverted to the month of September despite the fact that I had intended to order tickets for an event 3 months later. The confirmation email I received contained the early date (September 4, 2024), not the one I thought I had ordered (December 4, 2024), but it was not easily noticeable. I should have looked at it more closely but the website & confirmation email could be more user-friendly. Traveling from the US to Vienna for the concert was a disappointment since the tickets I ended up having were for a concert that had taken place 3 months earlier, unbeknownst to me. I had spent more than $200 on the tickets but was understandably refused entrance at the door.

We very much enjoyed the concert, the company organizing the event did an excellent job. I would recommend anyone to use their service,

This was such an amazing way to spend Christmas in Vienna - the musicians were excellent, highly skilled and entertaining. The lead violinist was unbelievable, and the music was surreal in such a beautiful and historic location. Something we all enjoyed and will remember forever!

A rip off. Charged €110 for an €85 ticket for the Spanish Riding School performance. This is the worst I have ever seen from a supposedly legitimate site. Their response below is not particularly accurate, they didn't check when I had booked (less than 24 hours before the event), and you would be wise to check the small print as you make a booking to see the additional charges, they were not at all apparent to me.

Fantastic Vienna evening! Classics at their best. Perfection, professionalism and excellent organization. I've already chosen the Vivaldis Four Seasons concert at St. Charles Church twice and this was definitely not the last time.

One of the best concerts in Vienna. The musicians were outstanding, delivering a powerful performance. The venue has good acoustics and it is charming.

Easy to book and find a concert we wanted. We had a lovely time, the music was fabulous and the church was stunningly beautiful.

I booked an opera with this site but later found the official state opera page with the same tickets for cheaper. I was able to get a full refund of the original booking. Thanks!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed a concert at Mirabell Palace. The venue is outstanding and Marble Hall is an intimate location to enjoy a musical presentation - all seats have a fine view.

November 2024 - Veranstaltung gebucht f. 26.01.2025 - Info erhalten 4-6 Wochen vor Veranstaltung kommen die Tickets - 07.01.2025 noch keine Tickets bekommen - nach Anfrage Entschuldigung erhalten dass Veranstaltung eigentlich nicht buchbar sein durfte da geschlossene Veranstaltung - Man teilte mir mit dass ich den Betrag rückerstattet bekomme und mir eine andere Veranstaltung als Wiedergutmachung aussuchen kann. Neue Veranstaltung wurde ausgesucht, nur mittlerweile ist der 23.01.2025 und ich habe das Geld noch immer nicht bekommen. An meiner Bank liegt es nicht, die mir nach Rücksprache versichert hat etwaige Kontobuchungen sofort weiterzuleiten. Das kann nicht sein dass die Rücküberweisung so lange dauert innerhalb von Wien. Es sind immerhin fast €200,-, das ist nicht gerade wenig. Wer fühlt sich jetzt endlich mal zuständig für mein Problem. Danke Martina Stadler
