5 months ago I cancelled my subscription, for some reason it did not cancel it and has been charging me for 5 months.

2 days ago I try to cancel it again and it just says 'error cancelling subscription, please contact support'. So I stopped my card and contacted support directly.

2 days later and I receive no response yet, and they retried debiting my card 2 times again today.

Great sounds and favorable conditions. Sometimes a bit difficult for somebody to choose the right service. But Thanks, we will like to continue working with you.

My initial experience of contact with Videvo.net was as a volunteer serving with a non-profit making Registered Charity operating on a worldwide basis, and I had a question concerning application and usage of a video. I put my question online and even though there is a sizeable time and distance difference between myself and Videvo.net, there was an almost immediate positive response. As a retired business person myself, I am impressed at their transparency and understanding in such a friendly and co-operative style. Well done !

Stock image are of good quality, my only critique is that they have a very stiff market that feels very commercial and I would have liked more artistic variations too.

It's a greate opportunity for people who can't journay all over the world. We can watch and download the hight quality clips and use them in our projects. I don't like when appears Istock clips as a pubblicity.

Eventually and with proof, the company recognized a problem with their website that deleted my credits and payment info. After I readded my subscription and payment info, they restored my missing credits.

The technical quality of the video footage is excellent. It offers a wide choice and some shots are as long as 49" and even over 50", which is great. The prompt assistance was wonderful and the support team was very professional and helpful. A great experience overall.
