Great sound effects, music, and videos to choose from, but with a very traitorous subscription design. If you want to downgrade your plan from premium to lite (paying $7.99 instead of $24.99 per month), they first force you to cancel your current plan and lose all of the download credits you've accumulated while paying for with the premium subscription before switching to the lite subscription, which only allows for 5 downloads per month as opposed to 50 with premium. Very scathing design, does not reward you for remaining loyal to their website when you don't have a project going.

Same as another consumer. Purchased 7.99 to get a 30-second clip I needed that day for a project. After I paid and clicked on the download it went to a premium of 24.99. They've offered me a 20% discount on the 24.99. What about the 7.99 I paid? Predatory. Beware. Need better protection from companies like these on the web. There the first to pop in the browser listing and the worst with service.

Update. Contacted PayPal and filed a dispute. Videvo tried to get me to close the dispute saying they would refund me. PayPal warns not to do that because if you do they might trick you and not pay and PayPal will not reopen claim

Videvo is a great resource for stock videos. We found great value in their offerings! Also their customer service is really amazing, I rarely leave positive reviews the reason I am leaving this one is because of the customer service I received.

I got the imagery I needed for my project easily . . . was happy to pay the reasonable price for them. Easy to unsubscribe when no longer needed.

A good, decent, and reputable company. THere was a little bit of a billing issue with my account and they were very prompt and courteous in dealing with it. I will use them again if the need arises.

Maybe the best in the ratio of price and quantity of good footage. The only issue, sometimes it is hard to find what you need. The search algorithm needs improvement.

They state on their website and Google search results as "Free Stock Video Footage", but they are not free. They mislead people with that claim but they really mean royalty-free. Someone should sue them for misleading business practices.

I booked the wrong plan for my files and thanks to the kind support I got the wrong booking refunded and even a nice price for the upgrade. THX!

You do not have access to all content with the subscription. It's a shame I lost my subscription money, because I needed audio, and that was only in the most expensive plan. read well

I'm currently in the process of evaluating Videvo for our School. :-) Montse was extremely helpful, and answered all of my questions! :-) I'm excited to explore all of the content available on Videvo! :-)

Because I can't give them 0. Even though I've unsubscribed three (3) times, they kept on charging me monthly subscription. Save yourselves money, time and nerves. Don't, I repeat, don't even consider to subscribe to them.

After being introduced, I subscribed for a year and signed up with the opinion that the video and music would be good, but my expectations collapsed and I am very disappointed. Also, the quality of the video and music is also very low. I'm thinking about canceling my subscription. It looks like it will take a little more effort. The quality level of free and premium level is not very different. I am very disappointed.

Immediately trying to push you to upgrade. Unsmart.
