Wish I had gone elsewhere,we had sash windows from this company via our contractor,the first rain and they leaked , contractor came to see if he could solve the issue but the next storm came and the lounge was sodden, we thought it was a fitting problem so asked an independant fitter to check his conclusion windows defect. Our contractor managed to get a Victorian Slider engineer out who said oh its a fitting issue but I will silicon this area and the problem would be solved. Utter garbage the windows still leak causing alot of expensive damage. Next stop solicitors.

Called on 11/08/23 as requested by Victorian Sliders to be told the manager dealing with my complaint was in a meeting and that I would be called back when he was finished, today is 01/09/23 and still NO Call I wish 0 stars was an option.

I have bought some windows made by this company through one of them supplier . The sliding windows came faulty , because the springs are too tight , so I can not open them . The supplier could not do anything , so I called them directly to solve the problem . A lady on the phone , when she understood the issue , did not let me speak and hang up the phone abruptly.
I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy abruptly

My builder is having nightmares with the sales and customer services. The windows we have on order with them are a month overdue with no honest or believable update. What is most astonishing for a company of their size is their customer facing staff don't even bother to look up the status of the order within their production. Their lies are hilarious. Paid months ago, 27 phone calls, more emails than you should ever need to send but just total rubbish and never call my builder back. When we do the rest of my developments I have told builder not to use Victorian Sliders on any of my jobs.

This company is absolutely shocking after sales terrible.The only time you here from them is for payment and we spent alot per month avoid this company go to Quickslide 10 times better

Ecoslide windows are manufactured to a high standard. Specialists in sash double glazed sliders creating the perfect windows for any home.

I work for Bosomworth Glass Ltd. Victorian Sliders manufacture some of our Sliding Sash windows - Any problems they are quick to respond and Great friendly service.

Don’t get coloured frame’s they use composite reinforcement which is not suitable so in the heat these will bow. The after sales service is appalling it’s taken six months to get 6 new sashes and I’m still waiting my customer is going mad. Pay the extra and go to Mercury windows far better all round.

I had a broken lock and a new one was sent in the post with in a couple of days.

Being a Property developer for the last 25 years I've dealt with a lot of window companies I've been really impressed with the quality of the Victorian Sliders sash windows the price is one of the most competitive they're really good quality for what we paid. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly with excellent customer service. I will definately recommend them and would use them again.

One ⭐️ star is being generous!! A hopeless company who have obviously expanded far beyond their capabilities far too rapidly. Quality of workmanship and therefore product is poor to say the least. Quality control is non existent! Hugely disappointed with their windows, useless customer service and ability to get anything right! Have written a letter to their management who are also as complacent as their workforce…NO acknowledgement or response! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

WARNING for anyone looking to buy PVC Sash windows check where your supplier/fitter is purchasing the windows from and stay clear of Victorian Sliders. The windows are of very poor quality I have had 2 years of hassle with this company faulty poorly manufactured windows, appalling customer services, cancelling appointments to inspect the issues with the windows numerous times at the last minute blaming Covid and the van breaking down the night before, waiting 6 months for them to replace the windows after their engineer had been inspected the windows and agreed they were of poor quality and had numerous manufacturing faults. The windows were finally replaced and still leak and have manufacturing faults.

My windows were originally installed Nov 2019 since then the windows have had to be replaced because Victorian Sliders forgot to put the steel in the sash windows so the bowed and had gaps. the bars on the Sash windows peeled off. The windows leaked in water, there were manufacturing screw holes where there shouldnt be. The replacement windows still leak and have manufacturing issues and 3 appointments were cancelled at the last minute in Jsn 2022 and Feb 2022 by Victorian Sliders the night before for their engineer to attend site for 4th time to inspect the faults with the 2nd set of replacement windows. The customer service is absolutely appalling, their after sales service is non existant and the guarantee is not worth the paper its written on!

Due to all the issues with Victorian Sliders my self build project has been delayed over two years. In the end I had to threaten my supplier with court action to get a full refund which I received 2 weeks ago. The supplier now has to get his supplier to take action with Victorian Sliders to get their money back for these poorly manufactured rubbish quality windows.

STAY CLEAR of this company and check where your supplier/fitter is getting the windows from and avoid Victorian Sliders at all costs. You may pay more going somewhere else to a reputable manufacture but believe me its worth it I have had to start all over again finding a reputable window manufacturer and fitter to rip out the crap windows supplied by Victorian slider 14 in total and replace with good quality sash windows that are manufactured to a high standard and do not leak.
