I have dealt with Victorian sliders for a long time roughly about 7 years love the product, box sashes look nice have good functionality with being able to clean and open wished they also did wood, cant have it all i suppose :-), I have to give a special shout out to our contact at the factory Maddy who does the most to make the experience of ordering and processing as easy as possible and on the very very rare occasion you ask a question and she doesn't have the answer she will get you 1 asap

The sales team are always more than helpful with setting up our orders and answering the million and one questions us and our clients have. We love having Maddy as our point of contact as she always makes us giggle and puts up with our last minute orders/payments (which is often!).

We have been buying sash windows from Victorian sliders for just over a year now - the windows are really well made and great value . Gracie has been our account manager from the start and guided us with ease through the order process , explaining the different options we could have and advising on the trickle vents needed to cover the new building regs.
Emails are swiftly answered and calls quickly returned. If any issues do crop up then we know that Gracie will be on hand to help solve them.Great customer service from a knowledgeable account manager !
