Ordered a small cloakroom vanity unit from these guys online after visiting the store in Leeds that goes by the name sanctuary bathrooms (I was assured it’s the same place when I went in store). I paid for express delivery and have sent several emails since asking for an update and three weeks later I am non the wiser as to how by order is progressing. No one answer the phones or emails. Not happy.

Item purchased over two weeks and still not been delivered. Sent a email to enquire about delivery date but got no reply.
Rang today and have been advised delivery will be between seven and ten days.
At the time of placing the order there was nothing to indicate that there would be a delay in receiving my order.
Customer service needs an overhaul to advise customers of delayed delivery particularly at the point of sale to give them the opportunity to shop elsewhere.
Would have ordered from another retailer had I known of the long wait to receive the ordered items.

Just bought a new Vanity Unit and Toilet. Excellent help on the online chat and told delivery will be by early next week or earlier if they can. Great. Will update review when the delivery arrives.

I placed my order and paid in January. It is now May and I have still not received what I ordered yet I have received several requests to review the service. The service has been non-existent as I am not even being sent information about where my products are and no one has replied to my emails requesting an update.

Quick phone call first before placing order online. Staff helpful, well informed and open re delivery times. I can work round that.

Appalling service. I ordered a £1200 bathroom sink only for it to take over two weeks to be delivered. Other than receiving a few emails telling me my item has been picked and my item has been dispatched yet no item turning up I had no contact. When I tried calling numerous times I was on hold for 45 minutes, 32 minutes and 11 minutes (consecutively) to only get someone answer the phone and hang up on me before I could even say hello. On the three occasions I did speak to someone. No one seemed to be bothered. The first chap told me, the item would be with me in 24 hrs which it wasn’t, the second chap said he couldn’t help and would call me back which he didn’t (Brad you verged on being just rude) and the last chap just blamed the haulage company. The fact they are so hard to get hold of, the email updates don’t relate to what actually is happening and all human contact just doesn’t appear to have any interest in your business what so ever, will mean, I will not purchase from this company again. Being a property developer that is a shame as we are always looking for good items for our houses.

The product we purchased was well priced and arrived quickly. However, my plumber told me there was a faulty piece. When contacting Victorian Plumbing, they asked me 8 questions, most of which I could not answer without the help of a plumber and therefore I will need to re-buy the item, causing me to spend an additional £350 which seems unfair.
