Lovely bracelet for my mum. High quality and fast postage. Couldn’t be happier

I ordered a double layer ‘gold’ anklet. After wearing it for about a week I noticed the ‘gold’ had come off in places and was black. A few more days of wear and it was all pretty much black. I sent photographs to the company asking for an address to return it for a refund. I received a reply to say it’s my fault and I’d clearly put perfume/lotion/water etc on it which I had not. I explained this and again asked for a refund, I was told they’d send out a replacement, I said no I do not want a replacement because the quality would be the same I want a refund. This was ignored, 3 further emails all ignored. I do not recommend this company, I don’t wear substandard jewellery and I don’t appreciate being blamed for the poor quality of their products. Today I have sent a fourth and final email again asking for a refund or I will contact my bank.

My triple waterfall bracelet is lovely, I love how the three chains move and ripple just like water. A choice

Lovely earrings, great quality and price, Thank you 🤩

Excellent service and beautiful bracelet.

Stumbled across this company looking for a bracelet. Lots of choice and very competitive pricing too.

First time purchase and I am thrilled. From start to finish the whole experience was fabulous. My necklace arrived very quickly, within a few days, and when it did it was beautiful. I will definitely recommend your company and look forward to purchasing again soon.

Absolutely love my sterling silver 3 chain necklace, it was beautifully wrapped in a lovely suede pouch.
Will definately order from this company again.

Fast service, beautifully wrapped. The necklace is a gift which I’m sure the receiver will be delighted.

Fast delivery and very pretty jewellery. Very happy

I ordered some earrings for my wife and the description was very helpful as they’re exactly as described. Which is useful for someone like me who has little clue about the finer points of ladies jewellery. They arrived very promptly, payment was easy and the website looks decent. A good experience for me from a seemingly very reliable company.

My order didn’t arrive before Christmas and after a quick email they upgraded delivery to next day and I received order successfully. They also sent me a gift voucher to use against another order. Good service- thank you ☺️

Fabulous 👌 delighted with the anklet bought as a gift. Looks really classy and came in a lovely gift bag

Lovely jewellery with great customer service and friendly.
