It’s your return policy that made me unhappy. When I purchase almost 300.00 worth of your product and need to return one item, it demands a photo and that I pay 10.00 return shipping fee. So, this is my first and last purchase.

Hi! I'm so sorry that you did not receive you order by the time we asked you for a reivew. I just checked your order and I see that it was delivered. As a result of the tariff changes things were a little hectic with USPS resulting in some delayed orders.

My package was marked as delivered and it never came. They asked me to wait a week to make sure it wasn't a mistake. I reached after a week and they shipped me a new necklace.
