Vickery Estate Agents Arvostelua

From the start to the finish Jordan and his team were really helpful and very responsive! I would easily say the best estate agents I have dealt with. Special mention to Sarah who updated me EVERY week without fail. I knew where I was from the start to the finish which makes you feel reassured!

We were impressed from the start by Edward's attention to selling our house and his excellent communication with us, our buyers and the agents in Taunton, throughout the sale. His friendly efficient team visited our home just before it went on the market so they all knew the house when they spoke to interested clients. Edward judged the market value well, provided a good flow of viewers and his tenacity enabled us to sell our house. We used the integrated package offered by Vickery and Specialist Property Lawyers and found it to be a very efficient way of selling and buying.

The service from Vickery has always been excellent. I can trust them as an estate agent to work in my best interest. The whole team, including Jordan and Sarah were great. I would certainly recommend them. 👍

A really big thankyou to Steve Payne.
I had lived in my last property for 62 year and the move has been a big upheaval for me. Steve went over and above his duties as the Selling Agent and helped me and gave me solid advice on my Sale Property, chasing my Lawyers.
He returned every call, rang back when he promised and kept me informed about my purchase right from day one.

A real pleasure to deal with. Thanks Steve.

Toby and the team at Vickery were lovely people to deal with when I sold my home with them. I had a large number of viewings and the service from Vickerys was excellent. The updates throughout the sale as we got closer to exchange and completion were also very welcome. Thanks

Edward and his team did an amazing job selling my house recently. They suggested an innovative approach to marketing which worked very well for me.
Special thanks to Matthew who owned the case up to completion and kept me informed throughout the process.
I would definitely recommend Vickery and their ‘All in One’ service.

Contacted Vickery Estate Agents to arrange a viewing of a property. After taking all my details the agent was insistent that "due diligence" required him to come to value my property first. Cart before the horse comes to mind and one unhappy prospective buyer! To me it would seem likely that the agents already have a buyer in mind.

It started well but after six weeks a massive 50k price drop was recommended and then a further drop as it had not sold. I was lied to and bullied, no names, but they will know! I am very disappointed that my house has not sold for a decent price. They lose interest after a while if it doesn't sell and as it is a fixed fee there is no incentive. I emailed asking them to take my house off the market and had no acknowledgement! Extremely rude and very unprofessional. I would not recommend them.

Their professionalism, communication skills, and genuine enthusiasm made the entire selling process smooth and stress-free. They update you from every progress of your buying and selling. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.".

As a first time buyer I couldn’t have asked for any more support from Toby and the team. I was kept well informed of developments in the process and had frequent calls either weekly/biweekly with updates. I felt comfortable to ask any questions I had and was always responded to in a timely manner either via email or telephone. Everything felt very smooth and I had no problems at all. I would highly recommend Vickery’s as a company especially their West End branch.

The customers service was excellent
Edward the Manager was so professional, always welcoming.
Matt was a star!
Humorous, likeable, it was a pleasure to be updated every week about the property.
I will highly recommend Vickerys
All staff were outstanding.
A five star and above experience.
Well done everyone.

Excellent service from Toby at Vickery West End. Totally fuss-free sale and the weekly catch up calls were so useful. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Lewis was so helpful throughout my recent house purchase. He was totally professional and kept me updated on progress right through to completion. I would have no hesitation in using Vickery’s in the future.

We highly recommend Vickery who did an excellent job selling our house. How good to be called regularly with updates rather than having to chase all the time. The whole team are very helpful, we dealt mainly with Edward and Matthew who are excellent communicators and were fully committed to finalising the sale. If you want an agent that stands out, delivers on what they promise and are a pleasure to deal with then look no further than Edward and Mathew and the entire Vickery team.

During an enquiry to view a property in Camberley we found Matthew Beegan to be very helpful, professional & polite - he was able to arrange a very short notice viewing which assisted our timings greatly.

You won't find a more experienced, established, fair, efficient and professional company to deal with.

Having dealt with various local agents during our recent house move, I wouldn't recommend any of them except Vickery (Camberley). George Bainbridge & especially Matt Bozier went above & beyond. No issue was too much trouble for Matt; he was a great communicator, tenacious, solutions focused and relentless in ensuring everything progressed within our chain. He pretty much did the job for all the other agents in the chain & we may not be sitting in our new home now if it wasn't for him! We can't thank him enough & would highly recommend Vickery Camberley & will certainly use them again in the future.

Used Vickery’s to help with the sale of our flat in Farnborough. Jordan was very professional and kept us updated every week with its progress.
Very happy with the service and would recommend them to others in the future.

Sarah has been brilliant supporting me to sell a number of flats from a new build development. She has gone over and above with her service, communication and support, Cannot thank her and the whole team at Vickery's enough. Thank you all!

The Vickerys team were all really helpful during our house buying process and we’re always responsive to our requests and questions. Jordan provided regular updates on the house purchase leading up to exchange and Sophie was always happy and on hand to to arrange our viewings and follow up visits that were requested. On the exchange of contracts day there was a lot of activity from others in the chain and lots of requests to us with regard to our sellers and their solicitors, during all, this Sarah was really helpful with assisting the process and exchange was successfully completed. Fingers crossed completion happens smoothly!
