No communication
Well, the first time your company did not collect the keys from the estate agent, so it had to be rebooked. I am led to believe it has now taken place, but ai have had no confirmation that it has, or result of the survey, so all in all, I can't give a good review.

Great and simple to ECO rating service
We had substantial renovations done including extra bedrooms and bathrooms. As a result we needed a new ECO rating for our terrace. Vibrant were easy to schedule with an online booking portal and plenty of slots so we could get it done promptly. The staff and friendly and helpful and easy to work with.
