The first pair I ordered were the wrong size so I called the customer service line and they were able to help me with a refund and informed me when they’d get a next shipment since the size I needed was sold out. They were very helpful with my return and shipping was so fast. I love my Vibrams, theyre my new favorite shoe!

Le scarpe erano all'altezza delle mie aspettative nel senso che le caratteristiche, a parte il colore che nella realtà è molto più brillante di come appariva sul sito, sono state quelle che mi aspettavo. Segnalo però un servizio che il sito dava per attivo ma che nella realtà non è disponibile: si tratta della risolatura delle five fingers che il sito garantiva possibile presso i riparatori compresi in un elenco ma che invece non lo è perché, se ho capito bene, la Vibram, pur avendoli promessi, non ha fornito quanto necessario a detta operazione.

In the past I have found it difficult to keep track of previous purchases...Some of my shoes have worked fine, some not, and I have not been able to find a record of past purchases.
So far the ones I just bought seem to be just fine.

The package never came, I know that is not your responsability, but DHL do not responde about the package. And you selected DHL for the delivery. What can I do?

Tutto molto semplice, ma online ci sono pochi modelli e quindi poca scelta. Inoltre non condivido la cifra così elevate per le spese di spedizione.

The return process has been brutal. Glitches non-stop on the return portal, particularly with Canadian clients I assume. Have called and emailed and still no resolution. Not impressed.

Ma première paire de VIBRAM five fingers : les V-Soul. Je suis tellement contente de mon choix! Confortables en sortant de la boîte. Pour le choix de grandeur, j’ai utilisé la charte et la longueur de mon pied. Je vais sans doute essayer d’autres modèles pour le gym ou la course en sentiers.
Je trouve dommage de ne pas avoir de fournisseur local au Québec.

I was nervous about sizing at first because the box conversion looked a little different from my normal US size, but they fit perfectly once on. I usually wear an 8–8.5 and the size 39 worked great for me. They’re super comfortable, lightweight, and definitely a conversation starter 😂💗 I also think they’re pretty wide-foot friendly because the material has some stretch. Shipping was smooth and the quality feels amazing. I can already tell I’ll be ordering more colors!

Très confortable, plutôt jolie si vous avez un certain outfit, le prix par contre n’est pas justifié ils valent largement la moitié.

Ordering was straightforward. Delivery was quick. I was hesitant to order without being able to try on, but I measured my foot and the size was perfect. I LOVE VIBRAM FIVE FINGERS SHOES. Been wearing them for probably 15 years now.

originally bought my original size then with advice from the vibram team and advise on best way to get them on i bought a size up and really happy. cant wait to wear them around. :-)

Great product, terrible after-care support and web functionality for a refund request

I've tried to email about a refund request for a pair of vibrams which fit too tight.

It's been 7 days and I've still not received any response after my initial email explaining that there was no option for me to submit a refund request

I've emailed another two times since and submitted a contact request form and still haven't heard back

Vibram just gets it!
Minimalist, Quality and Simplicity at its finest. 5 🌟 for Five Toes, because "feeling" is everything!

I love vibram, the only problem is they run out of the cute styles so fast! I have been wearing fivefingers for 15 years now and I can't imagine wearing any other shoe daily. I will stand by these are the best shoes in existence, please never stop selling them!

The shoes are gorgeous and the delivery was quick and easy too❤️

Das Einkaufserlebnis auf vibram.com war echt ne Enttäuschung auf ganzer Linie.

Die Website ist so schlecht navigierbar: Das Menü ist kryptisch ein Login-Bereich ist nicht auffindbar und diverse Bugs machen die Navigation echt zur Geduldsprobe. Der beworbene 10%-Willkommensrabatt wird beim Checkout nicht automatisch angewendet. also wer ihn vergisst, hat pech und ärgert sich dann.

Meine Bestellung kam aus Italien, was ich nirgendwo im Bestellprozess kommuniziert bekam. Die Lieferzeit betrug über eine Woche. Als die Schuhe dann ankamen, passte die Größe nicht und der Rückgabeprozess hat das Erlebnis dann auch nicht besser gemacht.

Ich hab jeztzt dieselben Schuhe letztlich über einen anderen Anbieter gekauft. gleicher Tag Versand und 30% günstiger mit Rabattcode und schnelle Lieferung.

Vibram macht offensichtlich gute Produkte, aber der eigene Onlineshop ist dem nicht annähernd gewachsen. Vibram, falls ihr das lest, meldet euch bei mir und wir fixen das gemeinsam.

El tallaje de las V soul no es correcto. Su tabla de tallas está muy lejos de la realidad. La seguí para hacer la compra y el zapato es enoooorme. hace 7 días que les escribí y no me han contestado aun.
Para la devlución no solo tienes que hacerte cargo del coste (lo avisan en la web) sino que tienes que encargarte tu de buscar una empresa de reparto. que por cierto: me han cobrado 15€ de gastos de envío por la compra y para devolverlo Correos (españa) me cobra 10€ por enviarlo de vuelta a Italia... NO RECOMIENDO NADA ESTA TIENDA ONLINE.
