Had a great experience I had a small oops forgot to add the unit number to my address and customer service was great at a fast response and taking care of my issue

delivered super quick considering they were from outside of the uk.
i’d say im a 5.5 uk women’s, and i went for the 39 and they fit perfect ! (v-soul).
i found them super easy to get used to! love, recommend to everyone.

Je devais recevoir mon colis normalement le mercredi 13 mai,
Celui-ci a pris beaucoup de retard et était censé arriver finalement le vendredi 15 mai.
C’était censé être un cadeau d’anniversaire mais le colis n’est toujours pas arrivé et je n’ai pas plus d’informations.
Si le colis n’est pas arrivé lundi, je demanderai un remboursement.

Leider ist die Größen Tabelle auf der Website komplett irreführend. Ich habe meine Füße ausgemessen und die dementsprechende Größe ausgewählt. Leider sind die Schuhe jedoch mindestens eine Größe zu groß. Das wäre ja kein großes Problem, wenn der Versand nicht 15€ gekostet hätte und ich nun weitere 15€ für die retoure zahlen müsste und dann nochmal 15€ Versand um die passende Größe zu bestellen. Das ist echt schade.

This is a very difficult website to navigate. It doesn’t tell you when a product is out of stock or when it may be back. Products come in irregularly and in very small quantities. Eventually to solve my problem. called their customer service which was very helpful.

Love my shoes. Very comfortable. Been waiting on them to restock for months, glad I was able to get my hands on a pair. They do require a little work to put them once, especially the first time but worth the work!

Ordering is a breeze!! Just wished some of the women styles came in bigger sizes but I opted for the men’s style

The shoes are GREAT! BEAT SHOES EVER! I would like to propose a suggestion though. Maybe you guys can consider making a version of these shoes that are somewhat steel toe or suitable for almost everyday work environments. I think that would be awesome and beneficial for everyone who wears these. Hopefully my suggestion gets put into consideration. If not, Thank you guys for listening.

My daughter absolutely loved the Vibram V-Soul shoes. The quality, comfort, and overall look were great. The only issue we had was sizing. The shoes ran smaller than expected, and figuring out the correct size from the website was honestly pretty difficult. I’d definitely recommend them, but I strongly suggest double-checking measurements or considering sizing up. Other than that, great product.

Easy to navigate the website and all sizes were in stock. Good pictures of the shoes, colour on monitor was very close to real merchendise.

The first pair I ordered were the wrong size so I called the customer service line and they were able to help me with a refund and informed me when they’d get a next shipment since the size I needed was sold out. They were very helpful with my return and shipping was so fast. I love my Vibrams, theyre my new favorite shoe!

Le scarpe erano all'altezza delle mie aspettative nel senso che le caratteristiche, a parte il colore che nella realtà è molto più brillante di come appariva sul sito, sono state quelle che mi aspettavo. Segnalo però un servizio che il sito dava per attivo ma che nella realtà non è disponibile: si tratta della risolatura delle five fingers che il sito garantiva possibile presso i riparatori compresi in un elenco ma che invece non lo è perché, se ho capito bene, la Vibram, pur avendoli promessi, non ha fornito quanto necessario a detta operazione.
