Viaggiare Rent - Venezia Arvostelua 

Esperienza pessima. L'aereo arriva in ritardo e danno la colpa a me. In parcheggio hanno 2 misere panda( sporche) e non hanno l'auto per la quale ho pagato. Mi dicono di presentare un ricorso e lo faccio il giorno successivo al noleggio. Mi rispondono che non accettano il ricorso. Ma nelle loro condizioni c'è scritto che il ricorso deve essere fatto entro 5 GG dalla data di consegna. La sconsiglio vivamente anche per le scarse qualità dei veicoli e della pulizia degli stessi. Cercare di risparmiare porta a prendere bisoni come questi. Aspetto che mi contattino.

Booked through Booking.com, paid extra for damage insurance. Yet, upon arrival, we were pressured to pay another £300+ for insurance we already had.
The staff were rude, dismissive, and careless. We spotted unmarked damage on the car, called them, and were told “don’t worry" ?
Their attitude ruined our peace of mind throughout the trip.
Customer service? Nonexistent. They seriously need training.
Worst experience I’ve had in Europe.
Pros:

Cars are close to the airport.
Vehicles worked fine but were handed over dirty.
Simone (or Simonie) was the only decent human there—kind and helpful during return.

Wish I could give them zero stars. Our flight from London to Venice - Monte Carlo Airport was delayed on the tarmac and as a result we were 90 minutes late to the Viaggiare desk on 1st floor of the airport. They said they had cancelled our car as it was a “no show” and they had no cars to rent us. Staff were also very rude and unhelpful and said they had the right to do that if we were 1 hr late. They seemed to enjoy the pain they were putting us through. We had to rent a car from elsewhere on the spot and at great expense.

Pessimi è dire poco. Venerdì scorso ho noleggiato una auto. Era sporca. Domenica mattina si è accesa la spia dell'olio. Ho controllato quindi l'olio e la macchina era a secco. Ho contattato subito telefonicamente il nolo e mi è stato detto intanto di rimboccare l'olio per poter portare l'auto e riconsegnarla e che sarebbe stato dato un rimborso. Ero fuori per lavoro e questo mi ha creato un enorme problema. In modo molto scorretto non solo non mi hanno dato il rimborso, ma l'operatore ha negato la sua indicazione di rabbocco dell'olio. Avrei secondo loro dovuto chiamare l'assistenza, cosa che avrei fatto se l'operatore non mi avesse detto di rabboccare l'olio e portare la macchina per tempo. Ho rischiato di non tornare più a casa e perdere l'aereo, oltre il ritardo lavorativo che a causa dell'episodio ho avuto. Sconsigliatissimo!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your Venezia Airport office.
When I booked two cars via Booking.com, I paid an additional amount for premium insurance. However, upon collecting the keys, both receptionists (a man with coloured eyes and a lady) placed us under considerable pressure to purchase additional insurance from your company. They insisted that without this extra cover, we would be liable for €900 per car in case of any excess damage, totalling €1,800, and so on.
I explained that I had already paid extra for comprehensive cover at the time of booking, but they continued to pressure us. While waiting later to collect the car keys for our return, I noticed that other customers were not subjected to the same treatment, suggesting inconsistency and unfairness in how customers are handled.
Additionally, there was significant damage on the passenger side of one of the cars, which was neither recorded nor highlighted on the Rental Agreement. We conducted our own inspection, took detailed photographs, and sent them before driving the vehicle. This lack of transparency feels deeply concerning and misleading.
Upon returning the keys, the same male receptionist questioned why I had come to the office instead of leaving the keys with the cleaner in the car park—despite being clearly instructed at collection to return them to the office. While waiting, I observed that other customers were returning their keys at the office without issue, so I fail to understand why we were treated differently.
Furthermore, he called me back as I was leaving to ask whether I had cleaned the car. I explained that both cars were handed to us in a dirty, uncleaned condition, and we returned them in the same state. Such unnecessary and inappropriate questioning was not directed at other customers, which left me feeling singled out and disrespected.
I am highly disappointed with the overall service and the unprofessional conduct of your staff. Based on this experience, I would not recommend your company to others.
I have retained all photographs showing the condition of the vehicles at collection, which can be provided upon request.

Llego a Venecia, voy a recoger un coche ya pagado por internet(Autoeuropa) y me dicen que me he pasado más de una hora de la hora prevista de recogida. Si quiero coche lo debo pagar casi al triple y el dinero del otro, que ya he pagado, debo hacer una reclamacion para recuperarlo. Mi primer día de vacaciones y me encuentro tirado, sin conocer idioma, sin coche y si lo quiero bastante más caro.
La chica y el chico de Viaggiare muy antipáticos y poco empáticos
Gracias que una chica muy simpática de Autoeuropa nos ayudó a alquilar en otra empresa (Drivalia, que por cierto muy bien) y puso la reclamación. Al final pagué por un coche similar 160 € más
Viaggiare es poco fiable. Pagué de más, perdí al menos 3 horas y me dieron el disgusto el primer día de mis vacaciones
