The website was a bit difficult to navigate when trying to add a car seat; however, at least they offered the option as most other similar companies do not. The pick-up and drop-off process was simple and straightforward, with the deposit released almost instantly. The car was clean and reliable. Would highly recommend as had no issues with them whatsoever and the price was the best available in the area. Will definitely use again.

Agenzia seria, super disponibili su tutto. Prezzi concorrenziali e permettono di fare il noleggio anche senza carta di credito, visto che la mia era in scadenza e in caso contrario sarebbero andati a monte tutti i miei piani.

Appena arrivata in ufficio accolta da Salvatore e Antonio (molto simpatici)con grande professionalità…e nonostante non era una gran giornata per me,mi hanno cambiato l’umore…che dire: veloci nelle procedure di consegna, al parcheggio ad attendermi un loro collega che nonostante abbiamo visionato l’auto insieme mi ha consigliato di fare foto e video,cosa che molti noleggi non fanno e questo fa capire la professionalità di questi ragazzi dove mettono in atto la loro TRASPARENZA…se vi dovessi consigliare di noleggiare un auto a PESCARA vi consiglio di passare da VIAGGIARE RENT che troverete persone cordiali e professionali…

Ottima l'accoglienza al bancone, molto gentile e professionale.
L'auto purtroppo non aveva il pieno e me ne sono accorta solo alla partenza. L'ho subito segnalato per telefono e mi è stato detto di riconsegnare l'auto tranquillamente in quella condizione. Lo trovo molto scorretto perché se non me ne fossi accorta sarebbe stato una svista costosa, soprattutto considerando il fatto che il noleggio era di un solo giorno e per un massimo di 50 km.
Mi auguro di non avere sorprese sulla carta tra qualche giorno.

Car was great, competitively priced and we were on our way from Pescara airport within half an hour. So all good then.
I would have given Viaggiare 5 stars had it not been for my experience when returning the car. Upon our return we were approached by 3 or 4 men (who presumably valet the cars before the next customer). They said that the car was too dirty and we were asked to sign something that accepted this! I refused to sign because I did not accept that this was the case. This could have been quite an intimidating experience for some. I had hired the car for nearly three weeks and yes, it would need to be washed; cars sometimes do! It was in no way however in a condition that could possibly be considered to be unacceptable. Would I use Viaggiare again? Absolutely, but I do think they need to review this aspect of their operation.
I note from their reply to my review ”except for wear and tear proportionate to the duration of the rental". Exactly my point, the cleanliness of the car was proportionate to 3 weeks use. They have also now deducted £20 from my card.
Would I use again? Absolutely not.

Il Noleggio della vettura è stato eseguito tramite DoYou Italy. Viaggiare Rent si è dimostrata conveniente rispetto ad altre . La vettura assegnata era nuova con pochissimi km ed è stata soddisfacente alle aspettative. Il noleggio in generale è stato ottimo. Un solo punto a sfavore a mio giudizio è quello della politica del carburante. Consegna allo stesso livello del ritiro. Normalmente la maggior parte è pieno su pieno.
