Mitarbeiter spricht nur italienisch, Kautionsrückzahlung dauert zu langeng
Mitarbeiter spricht nur italienisch, das finde uch nicht gut. Englisch sollte man schon sprechen können.
Schlecht ist auch, dass nach Mietende die Kaution zu lange einbehalten wird obwohl das Mietfahrzeug einwandfrei abgegeben wurde.
Zusatz nach der Antwort
Gemietet wurde am 1.10., Rückgabe erfolgte am 8.10.25. Bis heute wurde die Kreditkarte nicht entlastet. Reine Hinhaltetaktik, nie wieder werde ich da ein Fahrzeug anmieten. Mehrere Anrufe blieben bisher ohne Erfolg. Zum Glück haben wir jemanden der italienisch soricht und uns hilft. Ein heutiger Anruf in Pescara ist erfolgt, wieder wird vertröstet. Die Rückzahlung hinausgezögert. Was soll das?
Bin sehr unzufrieden.
Nochmals... Nie wieder.

as stated in our terms and conditions “The amount of the deposit will be returned by the Lessor if, upon termination of the contractual relationship, the vehicle is returned intact and complete with all parts and accessories, as well as following verification of the correct fulfillment of the contractual obligations undertaken by the Customer. In this regard, the Lessor specifies that the release of the security deposit generally occurs in the hours immediately following the closing of the rental contract, however it may happen that the amount released is not immediately available on the Customer’s bank statement. In fact, the Lessor releases the funds but has no control over the actual times of the re-crediting, which are instead determined by the companies that manage the Customer’s credit cards and by the interbank circuits, in relation to which no liability can be charged to the Lessor for any delay in the actual re-crediting of said amounts from the date of release.”

Macchina consegnata sporca e addebito lavaggio
Macchina consegnata sporca ,con copricerchi mancanti e molte altre imperfezzioni.
Personale poco professionale,in più una volta consegnata l auto mi è stata addebbitata lapulizia(che fanno loro nel parcheggio dell 'aereoporto).
La prossima volta che noleggerò auto tramite broker farò attenzione che non debba più a che fare con questa agenzia.

After rental you have to vacuum car,
I booked car through doyouitaly website. It showed really good price and i paid deposit so į rented a car in Viaggiare. When I arrived to airport car rental said, because I want to use debit not credit card my price would be double. But I had no chose so I agreed to pay. Car was OK. When I returned it, I got a cleaning fee - 25 eur. They send me pictures where they said, tat the car was dirty . I really didn't expected that I had to vacuum rental car before returning it. Especially under the carpets as it was shown in photos. Their claim was - car must be returned in the same condition as when it was received. Be aware that if you don't want to pay extra 25 eur, you will have to vacuum and wash car :)

per our T&C "The Customer undertakes to return the vehicle, together with its accessories and documents, free from things or goods, in compliance with the times and places indicated in the rental contract/letter, in the same conditions in which it was delivered, clean included, except for wear and tear proportionate to the duration of the rental and the mileage travelled."
For the deposit is mandatory a credit card, in absence of a credit card and for accept a debit or a prepaid card is mandatory to add one of our cover.
