Efficienza e disponibilità alla reception check in e check out, sceglierò nuovamente Viaggiare Rent a Catania e in altro aeroporto ove fosse presente.

È andato tutto bene,sia al momento del ritiro della vettura che alla riconsegna, personale molto gentile, servizio complessivo sicuramente ottimo!

What seemed like a good deal turned into a horrible experience.
We booked a car via AutoEurope with Viaggiare as the provider. I was originally listed as the main driver, but at pickup we were told we had to switch the booking to my boyfriend because our shared credit card is in his name. Since he is just under 24, this meant we had to pay an extra €300 on the spot. So much for a budget-friendly deal.

But that was only the beginning.

The car was in terrible condition from the start.

It had multiple damages that were not listed on the check-in form – we took photos of all of them and reported them immediately.
The interior was falling apart.
And most importantly: the passenger seatbelt came undone while driving. At one point, when my boyfriend braked, my seatbelt suddenly unbuckled and I was thrown forward. We reported this immediately, but they never had the decency to respond.
A handbrake warning light kept flashing.
And the gear slipped into neutral while driving on the highway, which was extremely dangerous.
They clearly don’t care about customer safety – only about money.
When we returned the car, we were told the fuel cap was “damaged” – something we only noticed the first time we tried to refuel. After a few attempts, we managed to get it closed, but they still charged us €25 (excl. tax), blaming us for something that was clearly a mechanical fault.

Then we were hit with another charge: €204 (excl. tax) for a tiny scratch on the bumper, which we genuinely don’t know was caused by us. We picked the car up in the dark and the scratch was on a grey surface – very hard to notice. The staff pointed it out with such confidence that it felt like a setup.

In the end, we paid over €300 extra for a cheap, unsafe, poorly maintained car, got no customer support, and were met with unfair charges.

Avoid Viaggiare at all costs – dangerous cars, zero accountability, and no respect for their customers.

Nice Team. Very professionell dealt with a small damage. Especially Andrea was very nice at delivery in Catania Airport.

Il veicolo che mi è stato consegnato mi ha soddisfatto in toto ed era quello che avevo richiesto in sede di prenotazione, si presentava in condizioni perfette con meno di 8000 km, personale cortese e disponibile. Molto consigliato.

The car was brand new Toyota Yaris Cross. Liked this car because from the outside looks small, but it was big enough for family of four to travel with comfort. 10 days of traveling through Sicily were joy and pleasure. The only thing I missed was front parking sensors for tight parking. PriThe priceth full insuarance was great.

Prenotato per 12 giorni una “Panda o simile” a Catania, mi ritrovo una Mahindra kuv 100 (le uniche utilitarie che avevano erano Mahindra, per cui sarebbe stato corretto non indicare una Panda come riferimento).
1h dopo il ritiro comincia ad accendersi ad intermittenza la spia dei freni, poche ore dopo si accende stabile anche la spia del motore.
Il giorno dopo concordiamo la sostituzione (ovviamente dovrò riportarla io a Catania (110km), oppure chiamare carro attrezzi e taxi a mie spese, quindi spreco mezza giornata di ferie per riportarla.
Speravo mi dessero un altro modello, ma mi danno di nuovo una Mahindra.
Questa volta la spia motore è già accesa, ma mi dicono di ignorarla perché “lo fa su quasi tutte e non è un problema”.
Dopo 2h comincia ad impazzire il sistema di controllo dei pneumatici, che segnala “probabile pressione insufficiente”, fa accendere e spegnere ogni spia del cruscotto e taglia potenza per qualche secondo. Continuerà a farlo più volte al giorno fino alla riconsegna.
Dopo otto giorni rimarrà accesa stabile anche la spia che segnala una portiera aperta, non vero.
Non chiedo una nuova sostituzione perché la seconda auto era peggio della prima, e non me la sento di rischiare con la terza.
A parte questo, sembra di guidare un’utilitaria europea di 40 anni fa, come motore e sensazione di insicurezza alla guida.
Dulcis in fundo, ritornato a casa ricevo anche una mail di addebito di 25 eur perchè ho riconsegnato l’auto sporca (un po’ di sabbia sui tappetini e segni delle scarpe di mia figlia sul cruscotto, dopo 12gg al mare).
Mando una mail al cosiddetto "customer care" (sede centrale, presumo) chiedendo cosa ne pensano, aspettandomi almeno un simbolico annullamento della penale dopo tutti i disagi subiti, e la loro risposta è “ Gentile cliente,
come indicato nei nostri T&C “Il Cliente si impegna a riconsegnare il veicolo, unitamente ai suoi accessori e documenti, libero da cose o beni, nel rispetto dei tempi e dei luoghi indicati nel contratto/lettera di noleggio, nelle medesime condizioni in cui gli è stato consegnato, pulizia compresa.”
Riteniamo pertanto che la richiesta per la pulizia sia corretta.”

Che dire? In futuro starò ben lontano da quest’azienda.

Worst experience of my life !
We ordered a car at 10 am. When we arrived at 09:40 there were 5 other people in front of me. Eventually it was our turn at 11:30. Everyone before us was having trouble with their reservations.
When I had to pay for our deposit, they said my pin wasn't correct, which was not true ! They didn't give us any other solution, we also couldn't use another credit card.
Eventually they told us the only otion was to get their premium coverage and I had to pay 300 euro extra !
I feel ripped off !

Siamo rimasti soddisfatti, buon rapporto qualità prezzo!

The collection/return staff were excellent, as was the quality of the car.
However, the company will repeatedly tell you 'you aren't insured with them' when you collect the car, despite being fully insured through your broker. This is disingenuous and clearly designed to extract further payment. In other words, a, scam.

Procedura di consegna e restituzione rapidi. Personale cordiale, tariffe buone. L'auto era nuova e funzionava tutto bene se non forse la bocchetta aria lato guida che non si chiudeva totalmente e mi ha refrigerato braccio sx lungo il viaggio. Ma è più una critica verso la citroen c3 che non sulla ditta che ce l'ha noleggiata. Abbiamo fatto la copertura gold ma non abbiamo avuto bisogno di utilizzarla. Nel complesso una buon giudizio

Non noleggio spesso l’auto, ma devo dire che l’ esperienza con viaggiare è stata assolutamente positiva: ho preferito una copertura totale che mi ha permesso di utilizzare l’auto in serenità . Tutto il personale è stato molto disponibile, gentile e professionale.
