Happy with Vevor's approach to a delivery issue
Vevor's delivery times are out a bit but not their fault, it's their chosen courior (Couriors Please) which are completely hopeless.
Vevor remedied the issue and i am very happy on how they approached it.

Vevor has been behind its products and their support for them whenever I have experienced an issue.
Their response has been positive in all examples. Communications are sometimes compromised due to differences in native language and interpretation. In my opinion, patience is required and sound language skills, to precisely describe a problem and potential solution.
