Animal Health Check Arvostelua

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A wonderful team who genuinely care

I would like to say a huge thank you to the entire team for their kindness, patience and outstanding care.

The ladies I spoke to on the phone were always so lovely, understanding and attentive. They took the time to answer my questions and made me feel listened to and supported throughout the whole process.

The veterinary team were equally wonderful. They were incredibly patient, compassionate and dedicated, and it was clear how much they genuinely care about the animals they look after. I was particularly touched by the time and attention they gave me, never making me feel rushed and always making sure I had the information and reassurance I needed.

The team also took the time to follow up with me and check that everything was going well, which meant a great deal to me. That level of personal care and consideration really stood out.

I honestly couldn't have asked for a kinder, more caring and more professional team. I am extremely grateful to every single person who took the time to help me and my little dog.

I would wholeheartedly recommend this team to anyone looking for people who truly care about their patients and their owners. Thank you all so much for your kindness, patience and support. It really means more than you know! ❤️

Best vets I have been to in a long time made my little fur baby feel relaxed she was a wee bag of nerves going but the vet made her feel relaxed and comfortable. Service was fab I’m so glad she’s fit and healthy for her age. I would definitely recommend coming.

Fantastic service! Booking process was quick and easy. Very friendly customer service, honest communication and valued information which was appreciated as it saved me money with the vet. Would have otherwise paid twice the amount. Highly recommended.

Fast appointment times friendly staff and quick follow ups

A lovely cheerful & most helpful young lady!
Very social & bright personality.
Natasha was both professional & pleasure to chat with....
She is great for any business with her phone interaction...

Natasha was so polite, informative and professional on both our calls.
She deserves every pound that she earns.

Very well spoken and very very helpful. Got my enquiry sorted asap. Very grateful for you Natasha thank you so much

Thank you Natasha your a wee gem
Would highly recommend ♥️

Natasha was outstanding throughout my Frenchie’s surgery journey. Her communication before the operation was exceptional and because my boy is such an anxious traveller, she even arranged a video consultation to spare him the stress. When I met her after the surgery, she was just as warm, calm and supportive as she’d been all along. She made a genuinely stressful time feel manageable, and her kindness meant everything.

I couldn’t recommend her more, she’s an absolute star.

The guy I think his name was Enrique he was very kind we got a free boas assessment 2 months ago and decided that she might need surgery. Last month we got Kayla surgery done and so many people say they not as nosy anymore and is like a different dog as they can’t hear her breathing anymore! We now booking her in to look at her leg and it was so simple to get her booked in! I did have to reschedule this appointment so I called and someone picked up right away and even on a Sunday when they supposed to not take calls they still made time to help me reschedule. The staff are very knowledgable and kind and patience. I would recommend everyone to get there dog checked out it’s free and the vet we going to is only a 15 minute drive from us!

Great experience, fast booking and great communication. The bet was fantastic when doing my pugs BOAS check, and he was honest and didn’t try to do the thing vets usually do and say they need something when they don’t. No surgery needed, just a diet for my chunky girl

I attended this clinic coming in from Glasgow, me and my pet have been attending the pdsa, as great as they are I just felt something was missing in her diagnosis, after just 20 minutes with Gary I had answers !!! We have been dealing with an ongoing ear problem for about 2 years now. Gary prescribed me the right medication and gave me some In sight to what was actually happening within the ear ! Absolutely fabulous clinic and thanks again ! From nala a 5 Yr old rottie who's on the mend x

Booked breathing test for my dog. Everything went very smoothly. Friendly team that kept checking if everything going as planned. I would recommend it to anyone.

Did not get an appointment as the booking system let me book a date that was not available.
However the main team of vet leads (Daniel) followed up and tried to help get me another appointment. Unfortunately the dates available were not suitable for my schedule so I requested the refund of my deposit which was recieved. I found it was too persistent with messages especially at a time of being busy at work, however on the flip side, it reminded me to chase for the refund and now leave a review. Hard to give. A fair review of vet visit as I didnt get one, but this third party system are certainly in touch... a lot...

I had a great experience with Animal Health Check. The team were organised, efficient, and very friendly. Booking and rescheduling were seamless, and the follow-up calls and texts were really helpful in making sure I didn’t miss my appointment.

Would highly recommend this veterinary practice Gary the vet had a lovely calm manner was very thorough. My girl had an ear infection they were able to offer in house swab to treat the condition appropriately with the right medication. Fully recovery made no further ear issues. One happy dog and owner.

This was so great the veterinary was excellent and on point with the expertise in place. Thank you team.

Booked Karma for an MOT vet was very friendly and knowledgeable of the breed

Great team! Very helpful in advising and performing the health check.

Made my dog feel at ease and she was given a checkup, my dog has arthritis and I was given the appropriate medication after discussing the options.
The vet and staff were lovely and welcoming
Well worth the travel to get there, and reasonably priced meds and consultation fees
Very satisfied customer
